I've been here twice since I thought the one in PQ was bad. My first visit, the drive through employee asked me to back up my car far enough to reset the timer that is placed on them. This second time, my order was incorrect. I didn't have the time or energy to take it back.

The lady in the drive-through on April 9 at 12:45 PM was extremely rude and told me that they only accepted cash even if I paid through the app. Gave me attitude for no reason and all I did was ask if there’s any alternative to paying in cash.

The poor clerk was doing everything bringing orders out to the cars waiting on the counter waiting on orders placed on the kiosk it was too much

I've been here several times and EVERY SINGLE TIME they make me drive to the front and park after I order and pay. They take much longer than any other JITB I've ever been to. Nothing wrong with the food, but it's really weird. I could be the only car, ordering 2 things and they still tell you to park. Every staff member is nice.
Drive true, at 8:30 pm cold tacos, the slice of cheese totally in the form of the triangle cold, mushy lettuce and spirit of meat. Churros cold and mushy. It has been my worst experience in there and I am a regular customer at exactly the same time of the night. So disappointed and I gave one star because didn’t accept no star

I came in after getting a flat, online said it was open at 4:30 am. We'll here I am at 4:47 and me and my family are hungry waiting for the jack to open.

Stopped to try the Deadpool x Wolverine chimichangas and spicy chicken box ?! We were psyched... not quite sure why - but with the hype of the film, why the hell not, right? That being said, the drive thru got the order wrong. First, there was a wait, so it was an extended visit. Then after realizing the order was wrong... I had to go in anyway. Then wait for someone to actually pay attention to me, then wait longer for them to adjust the order. They threw in extra fries for the inconvenience, which was thoughtful, but it wasn't what I was there for. End result, everything was petty good! Enjoyed.

Claims to be open 24 hours, just not at 4 AM.
Myself and three other customers were all there at about 4 AM greeted by a janitorial cone in the drive-through and a locked lobby.
One of the other potential customers move the cone and went through the drive-through only to be told they open at 4:30 AM.
I’m fine with them being closed for an hour, if they said they were open 23 hours a day. But Jack-in-the-Box proudly claims they’re open 24 hours a day which is just false advertising in this case.
