Horrible service at least when you eat inside. Place was near empty, food was ready for a while but they never called to say it’s ready. Food wise ordered grillled chicken and got fried chicken that was probably refried or something..very hard to eat..probably burnt on the edges.

I placed an order online and the restaurant did not have what I ordered in stock. That’s fine, it happens. I was offered a replacement items that were not even close to what I originally ordered. I don’t eat sweets, so I didn’t want churros or cake etc. instead I found a replacement item that was closer to what we ordered ( non fried chicken for non- fried chicken). It was $1 more but I was ready to pay the difference. I was told to wait to have the chicken made. I decided to go inside because I wasn’t given my drinks (3). Once inside I heard an employee speaking poorly about me and telling lies about the situation. So, I told her what the situation actually was. Another (nicer/ probably shift manager) stepped in and made the drinks. I never even received the replacement meal and left because I’d had enough of the rudeness. Crazy that they’d badmouth a customer loudly enough I could hear them immediately when I walked in. Without customers, there’s no job. Not everyone is going around trying to get free fast food. If I want something I’ll gladly pay for it.

Pretty typical fast food joint. Standard menu items and usually no.waiting. What do you want from the place?
everytime i go to a jack in the box i ask them for a lot of ranch as much as they can give me and i always get 3-4 but at this one the cashier just knew i wanted ranch and gave me a total of 10 ranches best customer service ive ever had. also last night i came after the inside had closed and they took my order through the drive through and it was super fast and they were nice about it.

System was down, employee was rude and shouting, and she could not give a straight answer about anything because she was too busy screaming that they were closed to listen when asked anything. This was on 3/21/24 at 4 AM.

Usually the service here is slow and nothing to talk about, but this evening, we went there for take out and Miguel was an excellent server. He was friendly, and genuine and such a patient young man. He happily answered my questions about pricing as a combo or buying a main and side without the drink. The couple behind me was elderly and he showed them such patience, which I’m sure they appreciated as much as I did. Great job, Miguel!
