Every time I have been here they have given me the wrong items or order. Currently happened for the fourth time after hoping they could get a simple order correct, even when I specifically asked for them to check since they have messed up the previous times. Very upsetting and they did not compensate and I had to go back to get the order replaced.

Fantastic job, Jack in the box! The tacos are perfect. At other Jack in the boxes the tacos are dripping with grease but not this one. Tthey made them absolutely perfect

sadly, i need to share the news. last week when i picked up food via drive through. later that day I check my account and I was charged for my food and another person's food (probably the car behind me). today i picked up a breakfast sandwich handed the cashier a $20.03 (my meal totaled $9.03) and he returned $1. i didn't notice this until i got home and left a message. BE CAREFUL AND ALWAYS COUNT YOUR CHANGE BEFORE DRIVING AWAY. Some kind of funny business seems to be happening with the cashiers. Meh.

They are not open 24hrs despite signage and posted hours. Simply fix the posted hours, it shouldn't be that hard.

Had me park next to their trash can with no one in line after ordering a medium combo meal from the menu with no additions, changes, or anything else that might indicate an increase in prep or cook time. I understand these places want to 'keep their drive thru times down' , but they clearly don't understand the point of tracking them in the first place is to establish an understanding of service times - when you lie about them, you only establish a continued false expectation of quick times.

They gave me a free cake without asking, which is some compensation (though further hurts the business' bottom line), but really all I expect is a straight-forward business transaction as a legitimate customer, not being asked to park next to a trash can and have my food brought out a back door like some shady deal. Just do business!

Waited 45 minutes for moldy food and an incorrect order. I don't know why this place is so horrible but they are. It's the only affordable fast food around here you would think they would make an effort to do better. They clearly do not care for their service standards.

Horrible service at least when you eat inside. Place was near empty, food was ready for a while but they never called to say it’s ready.
Food wise ordered grillled chicken and got fried chicken that was probably refried or something..very hard to eat..probably burnt on the edges.
