sadly, i need to share the news. last week when i picked up food via drive through. later that day I check my account and I was charged for my food and another person's food (probably the car behind me). today i picked up a breakfast sandwich handed the cashier a $20.03 (my meal totaled $9.03) and he returned $1. i didn't notice this until i got home and left a message. everytime i go to a jack in the box i ask them for a lot of ranch as much as they can give me and i always get 3-4 but at this one the cashier just knew i wanted ranch and gave me a total of 10 ranches best customer service ive ever had. also last night i came after the inside had closed and they took my order through the drive through and it was super fast and they were nice about it.

Usually the service here is slow and nothing to talk about, but this evening, we went there for take out and Miguel was an excellent server. He was friendly, and genuine and such a patient young man. He happily answered my questions about pricing as a combo or buying a main and side without the drink. The couple behind me was elderly and he showed them such patience, which I’m sure they appreciated as much as I did. Great job, Miguel!
