They say they close at 2am, sure. Do not show up at this place any time after 1am, or the people inside will pretend you aren’t in the drive thru, until you give up and go away.
I’ve lived right down the street from this location for years and never had issues until recently, not sure what’s going on.
The people operating the joint are clearly chillin inside.

I love the flowers on the tables and the guy at the front was very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately the smashburger I had (for the 1st time) was a greasy mess and not very tasty.

The sign say open late, I stopped to order at 3am as I am going to my treatment. No one at drive thru to help. This took place on 08.
It’s useless to order from the self kiosk if u going to pay with cash because if u do that and wait, u still need to order it with an employee ( he stated he doesn’t have time to take my order) so I had to wait more time because they didn’t start the order when we did it from the kiosk

I ordered 4 tacos through the drive thru for my work lunch. I get to work and one bite in and the tacos are refrigerator cold!! I work 2 mins away from this jack in the box. So dissatisfied! I cant even go back to fix it since now im back to work and had to throw order away since it didn't taste right. Worried about food poisoning.

Places basically empty but it took forever to get someone to come and take her order. The store seem to be severely understaffed. Look like one person cooking and one person handling both the counter and the drive-thru. It was about 3:00 in the afternoon so the store should have been better staffed.
