I got the jumbo breakfast jack. It used to be a lot bigger than it was it was almost a child's size sandwich. I would not get it again and I'll probably not be back anytime soon.

Decent enough food but bad service relative to other Jack in the Box's
I walked up to the counter and there were 2 girls standing there...1 had there back towards me but looked over when I walked in just 4 seconds prior...the other appeared to be a kitchen worker. I stood there for approximately 45 seconds(give or take 15 seconds) while they continued to conversate and laugh....it wasnt until I said hello that the girl very rudely turned around and said hello. She took my order with minimal words and was very much into making the customer approach. This happened at approximately 6pm.

They always put ice in my drink when I specify no ice (insane when the large drink is $3.39), and they often forget to put the condiments I request in the bag.

First off, check your receipts. The cashier asked if I wanted medium or large, I said regular because I didn't want an upgrade. He still charged me for the medium... and this is what you get for $13?! Trash. Precisely why I don't like getting fast food anymore. #justgotochilis

So disappointing, closed when they are “24” hours (posted in their drive through).
Note to the Mexican guy working here in the black shirt do not ever speak to my girlfriend again and tell her that she is not allowed to refill her drink after we purchased a drink from you guys. I don't care who you are. We can get corporate involved if you would like? Send them the pictures of the actual homeless people hanging around this establishment everyday.... There is no Jack in the box policy that states that there is no free refills but there are a lot of policies not just Jack in the box but the law for loitering. And if you ever try to put your hands on either of us I'll make sure to put you to the ground and the police will put you behind bars. See you later that's where we work Buddy....

This place is beautiful! I love the pretty plants, speakers with happy music, no dust anywhere around the drive thru, accept the yellow tree/bird poop on my windshield ?(oopsies)
Thanks to the owner/owners. Your work is acknowledged and appreciated. I own a tiny little 650/700 ft shop in poway and I know how hard it is to maintain the place clean along with countless other aspects of business. I come here often and I will continue coming back :)

GARBAGE PLACE SERVING RAW BONE IN WINGS AND SOGGY TACOS. I will be reporting them to the health department. When I called the uneducated person in charge was acting as if she has no clue and said I called the wrong jacks. My point exactly they want $20 I doubt they had a high school diploma-
