Went inside to get a fresh cooked Dbl bonus Jack I'm 71 grew up with Jack, fries hot and delicious Dbl Bonus Jack sad cooked before i walked in! This location was closed for a long time! Employee's should be doing there best , this burger was only warm cheese not melted. SAD as Im a Jack specialist. Thought if i went in I'd get fresh only fresh hot fries my 2nd B burger at this location so sad. Retired Executive Chef 4s Ranch

Every time I order through Uber for this store, I receive an incomplete order. Missing sides or sauces. At first I thought it was a mistake but having the issue several times, now I feel like they don’t care about Uber orders like as they should. I tried calling them but never receives calls.

Being empty nesters, my pahtner and I find ourselves eating out more than when our kids were at home. We had gotten home late and I asked the wifey if we could eat at our local Jack in the Box. She agreed and off I went to grab some grub. This Jack had been closed for months for renovation, so this was my first time visiting the restaurant since it reopened. I asked one of the employees when they reopened and she told me back in November. The renovations made the restaurant look really nice and I enjoyed the food I ordered, but an opportunity area is their long service time. 3.5 stars!Jack in the Box is located on Bernardo Center Drive in the shopping center where you can find IHOP, Carl's Jr., RB Donuts, Mama Cella's, and 7-11. Parking can be crowded in the spots directly in front of Jack, so you might have to park and walk to the fast food spot. Knowing that Jack was recently renovated, I was interested in looking at the changes that were made. They did a great job making it more aesthetically pleasing. There are brick facades, distressed wood panels, decorative light fixtures, cushioned stools, inviting seating, and a few artwork pieces hung on the walls. There were only a few people who had ordered ahead of me, but it took a long time for me to get my order. The employees need to work on their friendliness.I've always been a fan of Jack's food, but in my family, McDonald's is king when it comes to chain fast food restaurants, so we rarely order food from Jack. After perusing their menu, I was surprised to see some new menu offerings. On a side menu board, a new menu item was Build Your Own Jack's Munchie Deals for $10. A Jack's Munchie Deal allows you to order one entree' from several choices, pick two sides, and pick a drink. I'm all about value for your money, so I thought that price point was a reasonable one. After looking at my choices, I decided to order a Jack's Spicy Chicken, 4 Onion Rings and Halfsies (curly and regular fries), and a Fountain Drink. The chicken sandwich was hearty and tasty; the sides were seasoned perfectly, they were crunchy, and they aren't stingy with the amount fries given; and the soda was just like all the other sodas. I was impressed by how much food I got for $10.I thought the renovations to Jack in the Box made the restaurant look classier and the new menu items are food that I would order again. The employees just need to have more of a sense of urgency.

The store was very neat and clean...very impressive..
Since the remodel, they do not listen when you order in the drive through. It’s like a half listen. Repeat everything 3 times, they still get it wrong. They need to be trained to actually pay attention, to listen, like they do at other places. Also, the drive through food lately comes drenched in a cheap perfume smell, and I am sensitive to smells, so I can’t come here anymore. Please don’t send me a link to contact a representative, I am contacting you here and you can take it or leave it.
