Just wanted to acknowledge the staff here for such great service and efficiency! I don’t usually go to JITB, but I really wanted the Jabubu keychain and they DELIVERED!! The food was just as good too though :)

I had did a good review before but I want to change it. The service is really bad the kitchen and cashiers talking about everything but no attention to customers. My breakfast sandwich came cold because they were talking about i don't know what!! They act like clients are no there you have to wait long time to be attended. The cashiers act like they didn't sleep well!! But they ask for good reviews when they need them.

Drove out of town to get breakfast with my wife and daughter, and drove past another jack in the box for a subpar experience. The dining room was closed 8 minutes after it should've been opened, and absolutely every table was dirty. There was a bald gentleman behind the counter who was curt and rude and definitely didn't want to be there, who didn't greet me and directed me to order at the kiosk when I was just going to ask for the restroom code and didn't listen to who my order was for after stating the name on the order three times, when it was one of only two on the pickup screen in the first place. The food was hot and fresh at least, even though I'm sure my vanilla iced coffee was missing some pumps of vanilla. On top of that, the restrooms were disgusting. Trash stained with feces and the floor smudged with Lord knows what. I shouldn't expect a whole lot from a jack in the box, but I'm still thoroughly disappointed.

The people at the drive-through are always very nice. The food is meh but those drive-through people really improved The score.
It's good fast if you're in a super hurry in the morning however if I have a Lil time I like too sit inside & have a cup of coffee while waiting for my order however I have to emphasis Please🙏🏽for the coffee.😁
