Today at 3:30AM after being a frequent customer and going almost every day to buy my grilled chicken sandwich, I had an unfortunate encounter with the "manager" Alejandro Ramirez.
I ordered my sandwich and asked for it without good sauce. He gave it to me with good sauce. I had to go back to the drive thru.
First he asked me for the sandwich back, something you shouldn't do.
Second after I complained, he said I was raising my voice at him. I explained to him that my voice is strong. If that was the case I offered him an apology and he said he didn't need one.
At one point I felt like he was in the mood for a fight or something, he got defensive.
I explained to him that his job is customer service and that he shouldn't get angry.
I told him that he had always taken good care of me and that I don't know what his problem is.
I will personally go find the store manager to talk about this issue, since I felt that we were about to fight when it was not necessary. Your job is to solve problems, not make them bigger.
It's not my fault that every time I order they get my order wrong.
In the last month they have been wrong more than 10 times. They give me good sauce, I don't ask for it. They charge me extra lettuce, they don't give me. They don't put tomatoes in me. I ask for condiments, they give me others. Etc etc
Here I used to consume at least 5 days a week, they have lost a customer.
Bad experience for that 5 stars, down to 1 star for the lack of professionalism of Alejandro Ramirez.
Update: It's a waste of time talking to the manager, she's the child's mother, what do I gain by talking to her? Nothing. I simply spend my money on another Jack and that's it, problem solved.

The girl got my order right the first time, very curious and fast for Jack in the box. Would definitely come back.
Here I buy my grilled chicken sandwiches with extra lettuce without dressing, they always give me fresh chicken in the early morning, for me the quality of the food is super important and here they always deliver, the service is also fast, and the staff are very good vibes. Super recommended this Jack!!!
