Last night, I was craving for a quick bite....inexpensive tacos . It was around 11 o'clock hour, at the Jack in the Box drive thru, on Coronado. No issue at the drive thru or receiving the food items. My issue were the tacos itself. I didn't notice until a couple bites later. The taco wrappers were drenched in oil. You can clearly see it, the cooking oil all over the wrapper, heavy on one side. The tacos it self were also greasy. I had taken several bites already after realizing there was oil everywhere. Everything would have been fine had it not been left with grease. It was gross
I wanted to go back to Jack in the Box and let cook know that the tacos were unacceptable . How could the food been allowed to go out like that. Drenched wrappers and drenched tacos. Did anyone on shift even noticed.
Never had this happened before.
I ended up throwing the food out.

My order is always correct and the food is always hot. I am usually ordering for more than 5 people each time.

Giving three stars because I order two small drinks and two regular sized drinks. Regulars were suppose to be a coke and Dr. Pepper, small was suppose to be a dr Pepper and sprite but the guy mixed up the coke and sprite. I chose not to argue with the guy after telling him he got the drink sizes mixed up.

I came here this morning. I specifically said I wanted two spicy crispy wraps. You messed up and then you just cover the wraps with sauce. I’m not stupid. I don’t know who’s cooking, but they need to pay more attention. I will say, though the guy who was taking my order in the morning, was very polite. I know it’s not his fault but the cooks need to get their stuff straight. It’s not Ok. Customer service should always be first. I’m paying for what I want. Not for what you think I want or your mistakes.

Everytime I order anything that include buns, the buns are as hard as rocks they are rude and this is in the morning. They don’t even apologize that their bread buns are hard.

The drive thru needs an AI so that orders go smoothly
50/50 chance of getting my order right when ordering from the overnight shift. Food given is good though.
Ordered on the kiosk and didn't get my receipt. I asked the lady multiple times for my receipt. All she said yeah you are number and refused to give me my receipt. This Jack in the Box seems to not care what customers think!
