I don’t have much issue with the food but the customer service was not it for me, this one manager, his name was Alberto or something, I don’t remember but he’s with taller more hefty guy with a short haircut(black hair) he was super impatient and started to be rude to me when I was asking for further assistance. I understand at first things can be stressful but to give attitude and make crude faces towards me and my family is highly inappropriate, we were being respectful and considerate given the fact it was later in the evening but at the same time , there was no other people than us and he was only sitting around at the register, so we didn’t think we would be disturbing him from his work.

Consistently bad service during nights/graveyard shift. Trying to rush me through my order. Over cooking the mozz sticks so all the cheese spills out and makes them inedible. Been a couple times where the burger is undercooked which is edible to some people but not what you go get fast food for. The fries were fresh this time but have gotten them ice cold before. Not even sure how that happens if you have a heat lamp. Management, if you read these reviews, please re-train your night crew.

Last night, I was craving for a quick bite....inexpensive tacos . It was around 11 o'clock hour, at the Jack in the Box drive thru, on Coronado. No issue at the drive thru or receiving the food items. My issue were the tacos itself. I didn't notice until a couple bites later. The taco wrappers were drenched in oil. You can clearly see it, the cooking oil all over the wrapper, heavy on one side. The tacos it self were also greasy. I had taken several bites already after realizing there was oil everywhere. Everything would have been fine had it not been left with grease. It was gross
I wanted to go back to Jack in the Box and let cook know that the tacos were unacceptable . How could the food been allowed to go out like that. Drenched wrappers and drenched tacos. Did anyone on shift even noticed.
