I don’t have much issue with the food but the customer service was not it for me, this one manager, his name was Alberto or something, I don’t remember but he’s with taller more hefty guy with a short haircut(black hair) he was super impatient and started to be rude to me when I was asking for further assistance. I understand at first things can be stressful but to give attitude and make crude faces towards me and my family is highly inappropriate, we were being respectful...
There was an error in the self serve ordering and Liz was real quick to help and took ownership, even though it was not a mistake on her end. Really great customer service and much appreciated. Thank you!
Giving three stars because I order two small drinks and two regular sized drinks. Regulars were suppose to be a coke and Dr. Pepper, small was suppose to be a dr Pepper and sprite but the guy mixed up the coke and sprite. I chose not to argue with the guy after telling him he got the drink sizes mixed up.
