Got the boba drink. But i had to dodge the bum circling the parking lot.
The food was very cold it was horrible this is my second time there the employees are kind of rude the restrooms are a mess, very dirty, employees are not friendly I think location has a lot to do with it because they have good business but personally I don't think it's a good reason to be rude to the customers they have to adjust to the crowd because that is called professionalism which overall I didn't see it they
Staff is rude, food was barely warm and they barely allow us to get ketchup.
They did not allow us to use the bathroom (because my wife is pregnant ). and when we ask if we could recommend us another place to go to the bathroom, they basically kicked us out of the building.
This is Jack-in-the-Box will be better with different staff we’re just consumers of the restaurant. We don’t need to deal with their employee problems. I don’t see how it is our fault
For some reason, they don’t allow anybody to dining in after 10.
Kid-friendliness: Hell no if they’re not friendly with people that pay can’t imagine with a kid

This place definitely has a rat problem. They close the dining room late at night, and you can see them running around. Pointed them out to an employee they looked over at it and then walked to the back and never did anything. Makes me wonder how clean the food and kitchen are when rats are running around
