The staff here is wonderful. The gentleman cashier was very friendly and really make a positive impression. The jack in the box cheeseburger I had was excellent. Fresh vegetables and a good meat patty on the burger made it really stand out as a good quality burger. Wayyyyu better than McDonald's.
The food was very cold it was horrible this is my second time there the employees are kind of rude the restrooms are a mess, very dirty, employees are not friendly I think location has a lot to do with it because they have good business but personally I don't think it's a good reason to be rude to the customers they have to adjust to the crowd because that is called professionalism which overall I didn't see it they
After crossing the 'San Ysidro' border on the US side of San Diego from the 'San Ysidro' land border between the US and Mexico, you can find 'Jack in the Box' right after passing the light rail station running towards downtown San Diego. (Jack In The Box) #64' store. Perhaps because it is close to the border, there were a lot of Mexican users. Perhaps that's why the employees took orders in Spanish and even had small talks in Spanish.
