This customer service is terrible, I went to pick up my order and they never call you by your name nor order number even if you’re standing there they tried to avoid you! They prefer to talk to each other.
Bad bad bad customer service.
Bathroom : No toilet paper
No toilet seat covers.

I stopped in the morning for breakfast . I may think the microphone or the speaker on their side may be broken or I can't speak clearly because they were having trouble listening what I said. I had to repeat myself several time which I found annoying to say the least.
They did not took too long but the food tasted stale and it feels like it had been re-heated couple times before.
I don't know if it's my perception but I had found the same issue on other fast food places when ordering early mornings. As other times I had the same issue I probably will not stop to order again from this place.

It’s jack, you get what you get. But Roberto the manager of this location wears a second name tag that says digital champion. I came by and placed an order through the app and ordered the taco pack. This is the third time I’ve only been given sauce no tacos. As a manager and “digital champion” you need to better understand your products and when asked for a refund just process the refund. Don’t laugh in a customers face and try and excuse the whole situation multiple times.

I was going to buy a cup of coffee before my drive home, I already knew the restroom code for today, 123 twice, as I had stopped in the Jack in the box earlier that day. The security man stopped me from entering the restroom and told me I had to buy the coffee first before I could pee. The line was ridiculously long, I went to McDonald's instead. Brilliant Jack in the box.
