Last time I checked, I don't work at Jack in the box. I shouldn't have to go into a fast food joint, which is already expensive and have to navigate some AI touch screen. These corporations are getting out of hand.

I was so disappointed with the service and the food. I went through the drive-thru. The cashier (Receipt reads Yolanda F) who took my order was so rude and acted like I was an inconvenience. I was also told to park when there were no cars behind me. My Ultimate Cheeseburger, Bacon Double Smash Burger, fries, and onion rings were cold. I spent almost $35 on two meals and 6 tacos, and every food item was cold. If an employee does not want to be at work, they shouldn't be at work because customers end up suffering.

I was in line waiting for about 10 minutes, because the car in front of me was talking to there family member that works in Jack in the Box, they were given free food like 5 bags, i ask the cashier if i get the food for free aswell, she ignored me and just charged me

Made an order picked up and went home to find it bread and meat only in all the burgers !!!!! This is really not acceptable if the employee is not in the mood to work why tf will he take orders

I have been visiting this location for a couple of months now since I’m new the area and it’s right next to apt. All but TWO employees that have serviced me have TERRIBLE attitudes and they get it from their management which is worst of all. I would not recommend this location if you are having a rough day and have enough time to drive down the street because your day will get worse !

This location sucks, if I can give a 0 star I would, I ordered a chocolate overload and she gave me a New York style cheesecake, and to add on to all the issue they didn’t tap my drink right n it spilled all over my car I’m very disappointed with the service here the lady was very rude and telling me to hurry up even though there was no one behind me, she made me repeat my ordered over 4 times and I’m dyslexic, and when I tried saying thank you she got mad n closed the window on me
