I was served cold tacos and when I informed the lady cashier she responded very rudely that the tacos were just made . Instead of using proper customer service and responding by apologizing. As I waited for my food I notice gossip between her and another lady that was cooking food that made me feel very uncomfortable. I don’t think I will be coming back..

I wanted to buy 5 drinks for my family after the Padres scored a home run which included a free jumbo JACK but the foreign at the counter said I couldnt buy it because my limit was one per adult. That I had cash in hand and she still said no

Clean and fast but difficult to find parking on the designated lot so I park on the street. Definitely less stressful.
Food is always on point.
Dining area is spotless and staff are for the most part friendly and welcoming.
Sometimes app deals that are available are not available in store to order - which is upsetting especially when you're hungry and craving it.
Gotta love the Sourdough Jack though... my go to when I want a solid filling meal.
