I love jack in the box but this one specifically is the place to avoid as much as possible
1.The app does not work for this location at all
2. its a 50/50 chance if they will accept your card
3. even tho I haven't had any issues with the employees they are constantly low staff and seem like they need help Especially around 12 pm that's there rush hour and they only had 2 PEOPLE!!!
This place would genuinely be a good spot to eat if they at least put effort to this restroom

Well I tried. They were only taking cash. so disappointing. As soon as I walked in instead of a hi the gentleman cooking said “Cash only”! The cashier never apologized I just walked out feeling awkward. I drove pretty far to get here. This location is pretty nice too bad I couldn’t enjoy it. I had no choice and drove down the street to Carl’s Jr. No sure if I’ll get the change to come here again.

Myra needs to watch her tone. I confronted her and she didn’t even apologize. She went out of her way to give ruin my order after she snapped at the drive thru. Shame on you Myra 😡

its funny how i got 5old twice "just a second" when thats all it takes to hand me my done order. btw, why is this restaurant showing as "closed" for walk-ins on the app?! seems a bit unbeneficial to the busiiness, as i was about to not order,til i reminded myself of another jack in the box doing the same thing and i was going to get my order regardless, but door was open.. corperate, this is your time to shine

Not once, but 3 times a bad experience. I bought some colleagues breakfast jacks; a total of 20. I only received 14. Manager fought for 10 mins telling me they only saw 14. I showed the email and app of the total of 20. Had no reason to lie. Took that ling just to get my total amount. Contacted corporate and week 2 with no response. Embarrassing. This last incident was the straw for me. AVOID THIS JITB!!!!

Went there on Friday about 8pm, hoping to grab some munchies for the night. Tried to order chicken tenders or wings but they were outTried to order mini red tacos they were out. This is the second time. Told to pull forward to wait for them to bring food out even though no one was behind me.Went there about a month ago and same issue. Ended up with tacos. Very disappointed. I will go to the Mira Mesa 1 next time. Never had that problem there. Hardly ever leave reviews, I’m usually the guy that if they get my order wrong I just take it and deal with it .
