This place really sucks. All the food tastes like it's a weak old.
I got the 3 piece French toast platter with bacon which comes with french toast sticks, eggs, bacon, and a hash brown. I got 1 whole French toast stick, 1 where the entire middle was hollowed out (so pretty much half a stick) and 1 that was really small (about 1/4 of a stick) so in total I got the equivalent of 1 3/4 french toast sticks.
The bacon was extraordinarily dry, it felt like chewing on leather and the eggs both looked and tasted extremely weird (hoping I'm not gonna be sick tomorrow after eating some of them)
the only piece of the meal that was even remotely ok was the hash brown. I've gotten croissant sandwichs from here too and they taste like they've been left out for days, really stale and underwhelming
Honestly if you're craving jack in the box I'd go to a different location because I've been to other locations and they are significantly better than this one

I love this location. Always clean. Manager does a great job.
I went through the drive-through, not knowing exactly what I wanted and they were so patient and helped me figure out how to order what I wanted in the most cost-effective way. They were so patient and it was probably the best customer service I have had in a while. I am right around the corner from this location and it is the only one that I will go to. I love this Jack-in-the-Box.

Takes 30 mins to get thru drive thru, even if there is no one there you have to park up front to get your food. Don’t go on your lunch break.

I just wanted to thank Carlos for fixing my order issues. I usually by my kids mini churros here and yesterday they weren't too happy because there's a missing order. I explained to my kids sometimes people make mistakes but it's ok. Today I ordered the same thing and unfortunately it happened again. I did call and explained (bit frustrated) but Carlos told me he'll fixed the issue. I appreciate it, thank you and will comeback again.

Tuesday December 3rd at 6:35pm I had the best burger I may have had in any fast food or sit down restaurant. It looked just like the picture and it tasted even better. The bun was fluffy. The meat was juicy and flavorful.The lettuce and tomato were fresh. I’m not a big meat eater, but I finished this burger and I eat the fries too. They were hot and crisp quite flavorful and all it was really delicious. Our thanks to the crew and especially the cook. Will be back. I don’t do fast food but will be back. It’ll probably be on a Tuesday evening too. We happen to stop in because we were doing some shopping and I was getting hungry and I’m really glad we stopped in. I forgot to mention we are in our car so the pictures don’t do the burger justice at all, but even with that said they still look better than any burger I’ve gotten in any fast food restaurant in my lifetime I think. They look just like the photos. (Double Bonus Jacks)
