Walked in and tried to order the Jack favs and the reason was they don’t serve it but displayed the promotion of the meal. The excuse was because they don’t have cheese sticks. Great just walk out with no order. I only wanted to please my child. But when some were else.

This might be one of the newest locations of JiB, but it also might be it's worse. I don't understand how can it be so difficult to get the tacos right or even a burger? They even sell the fish sandwich with mayo instead of tartar sauce and don't even let you know that there isn't any tartar sauce so you get something else. They even get your order wrong and if you say something, they take a long time to get it right.

After you pay in the drive through, they make you drive to the front and wait. It’s been 10 minutes for a drive through order and I’m still waiting for my food. You’ll be better off ordering inside. I’m never coming back here again.

Nice and clean newer Jack with a nice dining area. Really no issues here other than the dining room service can be a bit slow some times. Seems they put a big focus on the drive-thru No issues with the food. Overall, more positive than negative here.

Not open past 11pm!! How is this 24/7? Food has been okay but hasn't been hot. I've been to much better locations. You have one job. How is it messed up?

I stop here every time I cross the border into Baja to get tacos as a gift for a friend. By ordering online from the app tacos are 1/2 price and can be delivered hot when I get home. I order 10-11 orders of 2 or 20 tacos. It takes them 7-9 minutes and it’s an easy in and out. Great late night eats.

Terrible service, they took a while to take our order, they charged us and did not give us the ticket, they did not give us the food at the window, they made us wait in front parked and they took a while to deliver the food, and one of the burgers was not well prepared ?, this just happened.
