There’s a sign on this place stating: 24 hours drive thru. But This place is closed, twice i came to it at 5am including this very moment and it’s closed.

Lady at the drive thru working today 11/ 18/25 by the name of Olivia was extremely unpleasant. She talked down to me when ordering which I ignored and I made the mistake asking for my card back when I did in fact gave it and I apologized . She proceeded to roll her eyes, at that point I was done and I brought her attitude to her attention and she argued with me. Definitely will not be going back to this location. Im tired of customer service being dead as in this case and the audacity to think that I owe them something as a consumer. There are so many options I rather take my money else were. I also had to look up the location because the one thing she didn't do is give me a receipt. I wonder why?

I originally bought a tpain chicken tater melt munchie meal, however it did not come with a box, which was an instant red flag. I opened my bag to discover the chicken tater melt wrapped in foil. As I unwrapped the sandwich, I noticed a slice of American cheese slapped on the chicken and hash brown, but no ranch sauce. My taco was missing cheese and really soggy, plus I was not given curly fries; it's a shame I spent $20 for nothing.

I was staying next door at the Marriott. My family went to closest place to eat. Everything was terrible. Burgers were dry and over cooked, fries over cooked, everything was literally over cooked. We threw it all away.

This is the 3rd time I came to this particular place and the same guy tells me he’s on busy and doesn’t take my order when I ask him why he could t take my order he responded with a nasty attitude and said he’s said he’s busy and on lunch! -Homeless hang out early morning or in da evening.. -945pm wed night-4 cars in drive thru waiting-eventually all left. No one answered to take drive thru orders despite staff cars parked in lot, in drive thru window-no one came despite knocking on window, they prob were all in the back visiting mary jane. -sketchy site wen they they lobby down before sundown. -nope... hitting Roberto's for a burger next time.

I do Uber Eats, supposed to be open 24 hours. Had a massive order to pick up. Got to the drive through at about midnight to get the order already placed via Uber, and a guy was walking away from the order window, giving furtive looks at me. I looked closer at the order sign and a hastily scribbled note saying “Closed, open at 6am”. I lost the fare and significant tip, and my customer couldn’t get the order they paid for, bc they weren’t honoring posted hours. Weird way to run a business. 🤷
Another night of them being closed for inside to go orders sooner than they're supposed to. Lazy

If I could leave zero stars I would. The woman working the mic for the drive through at 6pm Tuesday May 13th needs to get sat down and reminded the basics of customer service. I placed an order and last minute wanted to add something and went to confirm it with her and she said nothing. Then I confirmed she heard me and she began to scream at me and said she heard me and to pull forward. I backed out and left. This establishment does not deserve your money with that kind of behavior from its employees. Go to the one on Washington.

The Jack In The Box is pretty standard. The inside was very simple and clean. I just ordered a couple of Breakfast Jacks, which were tasty and just as expected. This location is pretty quiet inside, usually doing far more business at the drive thru than at the counter.
