App says they close at 10pm and they always close 20 mins before 10pm. That is disappointing. Staff is rude. They act like if they are doing you a favor. They need to change staff. If you are closing early update your hours. It’s all the time not just a one time occurrance.

Probably the worst JITBi have ever been to. I have been to similar places that have spots for nightlife seekers to eat & be merry. The worker man asks if I was stupid or if I didn’t speak English. I thought it was very rude after waiting 30+minutes for a rise back to my hotel. Still no college kids met us for Thanksgiving so they apparently make too much money to care about other customers.

Always an inconvenience. I go here because it’s close to me but I’m always hesitant. And every time I do go, the order is wrong, condiments are missing. Considering this is in such a prime spot you would think they would have their stuff together. Unfortunately they do not. I recommend going to the jack in the box on Washington. A bit further from me but I will never go here again.

There’s a sign on this place stating: 24 hours drive thru. But This place is closed, twice i came to it at 5am including this very moment and it’s closed.

Lady at the drive thru working today 11/ 18/25 by the name of Olivia was extremely unpleasant. She talked down to me when ordering which I ignored and I made the mistake asking for my card back when I did in fact gave it and I apologized . She proceeded to roll her eyes, at that point I was done and I brought her attitude to her attention and she argued with me. Definitely will not be going back to this location. Im tired of customer service being dead as in this case and the audacity to think that I owe them something as a consumer. There are so many options I rather take my money else were. I also had to look up the location because the one thing she didn't do is give me a receipt. I wonder why?

I originally bought a tpain chicken tater melt munchie meal, however it did not come with a box, which was an instant red flag. I opened my bag to discover the chicken tater melt wrapped in foil. As I unwrapped the sandwich, I noticed a slice of American cheese slapped on the chicken and hash brown, but no ranch sauce. My taco was missing cheese and really soggy, plus I was not given curly fries; it's a shame I spent $20 for nothing.
