Customer service sure has taken a dive. I have to stop eating fast food. The prices are going up. The quality of the service and food is going down half the time. The order is incorrect or there's stuff missing, or the food has been sitting out for a long time and it's dry and disgusting

Drove thru around 10:30am this morning. Two cars ahead of me. I overheard the lady in front of me order a combo which also included a coffee with two creams and two sugars. I only ordered a large ice coffee in which I specifically stated light ice. I swear this older short Hispanic manager that works there always has a bad additude. He screwed up the lady in front of me her order by not getting her the coffee she ordered. Then with me, he filled up my cup full of ice before filling it with coffee. I loudly told him before he handed it to me that I said easy ice. Without an apology, he goes in the back to get me another one but this time with no ice. Then gives me this dirty look like I'm at fault. Why is he even a manager who can't listen to people's orders? Maybe he would be better suited preparing the food while reading it off a screen. This guy has never been friendly. Jack n the box should secret shop him to confirm what I'm saying is true.

Sadly one of the most disappointing Jack meals I’ve ever had. The fries were not fresh and the spicy chicken sandwich tasted overcooked and smashed. And the service was slow, with not very many people in the drive thru. Bummer.

There's a long wait for 25min. One cashier mexican big guy was very rude to us. One veteran waited longer than 25min for his food. Must have the staffing reevaluated for customer service.

This location will not give refills on drinks because of people abusing the system. Seems kind of unfair. It's not like they can't afford a refill. I mean really how much does it cost them if they're not even having to foot the bill for a brand new cup?
Parking: Took a long time to come to the window to take my order. Appeared a bit understaffed but it wasn't busy in the drive thru or walk up so I'm not sure what the hold up was. The inside appears slightly littered w trash as well as did the outside. Not anything to write the BBB about but considering that they aren't that busy, seems unnecessary.

This is my neighborhood Jack In The Box, and in my experience the service here is always very friendly! I've never had a bad order here, the food is always piping hot / fresh - covering everything from burgers, chicken tenders, fries, egg rolls, tacos, etc. The atmosphere is what you would expect for a fast-food drive-thru location in the area, just avoid the wandering zombies that on occasion linger on the east side of the restaurant facing Front Street, they usually are trying to panhandle passing cars, not the restaurants fault - blame our local government.
Just be aware, I believe this is drive-thru only, I don't think it has any indoor-dining space, and the walk-up order window is typically closed (I've never seen it open anyway, probably due to the aforementioned zombies).
It's a great Jack-in-the-Box either way, the drive-thru line moves quickly, and they aren't sketchy like the other closest one at University/8th which will close often before their indicated hours or frequently put up paper signs as "cash only" which is suspicious.
On the other hand, this location at West Washington Ave I've never experienced such antics, only positive experiences in my hankering for something delicious to satisfy my hunger! Keep doing what yall do ?❤️
