ZERO STARS! They served me green eggs, but had edible eggs immediately upon me telling them. I asked for an orange juice comp and received it. No one has time for potential food poisoning. How many people didn't open up their sandwich before eating it? How many more rotten eggs were served? The manager was obnoxious and arrogant and didn't seem to care. He asked why I'm telling him about it when they comp'ed me with an orange juice yesterday? I said because this is very serious and needed direct speaking to him. They have also served me what absolutely looked and tasted like old burgers and fries three different times, no comp. Minus the manager, cashiers have good customer service. Now I will not be eating there because the trust in safe food is totally gone!

Rude. Very rude. Slams drinks down, had to ask for them. Do not offer hot water or tea. 7$ Shake melted. I don't sare ask for a remake cause I don't want to upset Claudio and have spit in my food. Save your money and aggravation go elsewhere as we all know the airport prices are JACKED UP anyway.

Shocking service. Was asked by server if I could read. Never been here before. Not familiar with menu. Asked for a cappuccino...." can you not read don't do that" . Walked away. Won't be back.

This Jack in the box first off the lady up front seemed to not want to be there I'm sure she didn't have that same energy when she was trying to get the job had a attitude and was not friendly she greeted everyone pretty much with What you want! waited for quite some time for the food and ordered a breakfast sandwich the bread was supposed to be toasted it was not toasted was like white bread on one side and barely toasted on the other and was not hot since it was a sourdough breakfast sandwich and the fries they gave my son were cold had to go ask for another batch this was June 20th 2023 around 5:00 p.m.

Definitely the worst sourdough jack I’ve ever had. It’s literally uncooked I’m so confused. Have to say but was having banter with the lad behind the cashier so don’t even feel like complaining. Food is horrendous service is decent.
