Possibly the worst one in the city 2 online orders missing multiple items, then worst of all is when you order in the drive thru have your order ready back verbatim, get home and 1/3 of your items aren't in the bag. I don't think imma give em a fourth shot 3 strike rule in effect!

Manager short lady literally gave me attitude because I brought back the food because it was too stale and cold, she got mad at me and then I got mad at her because of how unbelievable her response was, says watch who you're talking too because I'm the one making you food, remember that. Unreal. Worst service ever received in fast food. She shouldn't be working with the public. Can't wait til robots replace most of these ungrateful people.

Every one is working hard, but very limited staff. Management should hire more staff.
They consistently run out of product and can’t refund on the spot your online order. Estimated time for order pick is inconsistent; the manager is excellent, but you should not have to deal with the manager.
