VERY SAD BURGERS! Well, it was Sunday and it was a guy just casually doing "the Prep", so you do the math lol! No, but seriously, they went up in price not long ago, so minimum they should be trying a little harder but they dont care, they don't even have the ingredients! This one came without tomatoes and without ONIONS! Which are the only thing that give any flavor to those Flavor-Less patties!!!!
Did I mention they went up in price? And then they obviously see no problem in Lacking ingredients and not even telling you, so that you can decide if you still want the darn thing!! So, It does feel like they don't care, they know we're stuck at the Airport, so they just want to cash-in!

Ordered a sour dough jack meal... fries were cold, burger wasn't even warm. My last bite the meat was cold like it just came out the fridge!

I visited the Jack in the Box at San Diego Airport on New Year’s Day, and I was impressed by the employee working there. Despite being the only staff member on duty, they kept everything running smoothly. There wasn’t a line since orders were placed through a kiosk, but they prepared my food quickly and accurately, all while maintaining a friendly and professional attitude.

Their dedication really stood out, and it made for a great experience. Big thanks to them for starting the year off right!

Just had the weirdest thing happen here. I politely asked for an order of fries to be replaced because the ones I was given were cold and had been sitting a bit. I get it, it’s late. However, the man at the counter (Hispanic male with a women neck tattoo) proceeded to ask why I wanted new ones. I answered , politely and he followed with a disbelieving glare and I jokingly said you can try one to see for your self. He did exactly that. Right at the counter, this man reached in to my bag of fries and ate fries that had been returned and touched and then very aggressively stated that “they tasted fine to him”, The worst part about this isn’t even the exceptional rudeness I was met with for no reason at all but more the fact that he took food out of a used bag , ate from it right at the counter and then proceeded to keep touching food and prepping other orders and never even bothered to wash his hands. It’s pretty disgusting actually. Not sure if you’re aware of how much a health code violation that was. So strange, confusing and gross. 🤮

They have a big "Order Here" sign and when they decide they don't want to take orders up front they just let you sit there waiting for them to tell you to order at a Kiosk. Pure attitude from the guys up front. They also have breakfast all day, but the kiosk does not, so false advertising.

People look like they hate their job. Minimal customer interaction. The burgers are on the same level as frozen walmart brand beef patties in both flavor and consistency.

Located near gate 27 and has other food options like CPK, Panda express and bar next to it. This location had a long line with kiosks not working i had a cluck sandwich ordered and it was okay taste. The staff is good and the food is ordered super fast, but not a great sandwich.

Pathetic Jack in the Box, burger was ice cold with unmelted cheese clearly had been premade hours ago- extremely rude manager when I ask for new burger just slapped a new one in a box clearly was premade as well. Do not eat here major food safety and quality issues.
