not sure if anyone on schedule was new as an employee but my drink tasted terribly off. not sure how or what happened, but it tastes very strange and unfortunately wasted money because it’s going in the trash. the customer service could be better as well

Employee Young maybe 18 black hair, Was rude and not welcoming, after ordered I left a tip and watched him make it and pour it, he then Grabbed my drink then walked to the back of the store came back like 5 minutes later my drink was lukewarm. He even then pulled out a vape while on his way back-to the back of the store. I Don't know what happened to my drink, I didn't drink it and threw it out. do not go to this store its foul I want disciplinary actions against this.

The lady at the counter never have lemons for my drink. I think they don't wanna wash the machine after squished lemons.also you walk in and they always in the back. And for last.the flag hanging on the wall. Is this part of the company policy ? what is this mean.i been a customer for jamba juice for over 17 years. Since came to San diego.and I never seen this .please manager of the store correct this.
I've been here about 2 times. I came in today and there were about 4 girls working, 2 cash registers were available, but 3 of the girls were too busy flirting with a guy that was there, to attend to other customers.
