Jamba juice Poway is the best everyone is nice and love the point system
Excellent location, very clean, customer service is top notch and they're super fast. The gentleman cashier with the glasses was super helpful. And to the reviewer below, in california you have to indicate you want a straw it's a law and not the establishments fault. So yeah just ask they'll give you all the straws you need!

Let me set the scene: after enduring the emotional equivalent of running a marathon backwards (a.k.a. witnessing a family member’s medical emergency), I was parched. Not just regular thirsty, but “I’ve been in a hospital for countless hours” thirsty. And what better to quench this monumental thirst than a delicious, refreshing Jamba Juice?However, in what can only be described as a plot twist worthy of a Greek tragedy, I discovered upon delivery of this nectar of the gods… there was no straw. That’s right, no straw. I mean, it’s only the fundamental tool for consuming a drink that’s essentially a fruit salad in liquid form.And here’s the kicker: when I called the store, hoping for some semblance of customer service, the response was the equivalent of a verbal shrug. “Nothing we can do,” they said. It’s like going to a car dealership, buying a car, and then being told, “Oh, you wanted wheels with that?”Jamba Juice, your drink might be a symphony of blended fruit goodness, but what’s the point if you can’t even provide the instrument to play it? A strawless juice at a juice bar is like a joke without a punchline — utterly disappointing. One star, because zero isn’t an option.

I went to the store to order. No one was there. None of the employers acknowledged that I was there. Jamba Juice used to have a certain greetings. I waited about a minute since no one approched me then I left. Terrible customer

We received a horrible experience! Half way filled cups and chunky drinks...not smoothies. I guess they wanted me to choke on chunks of fruit.
