We occasionally visit this Jamba Juice location when we happen to be in the area. I wish I could just order off the app, but unfortunately my favorite drink is old school and not on the app. Pomegranate Pick me up, absolute fav! When I order here the young'uns sometimes look at me like what are you ordering and start looking around. No... it's not on your current menu, but yes you can still make it! Thankfully usually a manager is there or someone who knows what I'm ordering.During the holidays they had this promotion where you earn $5 reward cards for purchasing first cards in $25 amounts. Cool! You earn points for the gift card purchase and get a reward too! Win win! :) The store itself is a good size, always clean, but the parking lot is horrendous! Staff is friendly and Thankfully the wait is not long here!

In a world where we can send a man to the moon, apparently sending a straw with a Jamba Juice drink via Uber Eats remains an insurmountable challenge. Let me set the scene: after enduring the emotional equivalent of running a marathon backwards (a.k.a. witnessing a family member’s medical emergency), I was parched. Not just regular thirsty, but “I’ve been in a hospital for countless hours” thirsty. And what better to quench this monumental thirst than a delicious, refreshing Jamba Juice?However, in what can only be described as a plot twist worthy of a Greek tragedy, I discovered upon delivery of this nectar of the gods… there was no straw. That’s right, no straw. I mean, it’s only the fundamental tool for consuming a drink that’s essentially a fruit salad in liquid form.And here’s the kicker: when I called the store, hoping for some semblance of customer service, the response was the equivalent of a verbal shrug. “Nothing we can do,” they said. It’s like going to a car dealership, buying a car, and then being told, “Oh, you wanted wheels with that?”Jamba Juice, your drink might be a symphony of blended fruit goodness, but what’s the point if you can’t even provide the instrument to play it? A strawless juice at a juice bar is like a joke without a punchline — utterly disappointing. One star, because zero isn’t an option.

This Jamba Juice is located in a small plaza and has a decent amount of parking! The lot does fill up on busy days but it's not too crowded to where you can't find parking. This location is very clean and spacious. There's a decent amount of tables inside and staff is very friendly!I love Jamba Juice but their prices have dramatically increased and their sizes are just getting smaller and smaller. I ordered a small Pumpkin Smash (seasonal drink) and paid about $5 using my $3 coupon from the app. If I were to pay full price, it would have been about $8 for a small smoothie that wasn't even filled to the top! Sadly, this is not the only location I've been to that does this. Despite the drink not being filled to the top, I enjoyed the Pumpkin Smash flavor! This drink tasted like a Pumpkin Spice smoothie. It wasn't too milky to be a milkshake which is why it tasted like a smoothie! It had the perfect amount of sweetness and I definitely wanted more! I definitely recommend trying this flavor before it's gone since it is a seasonal drink!

The absolute worst experience the manager at this location is extremely rude and condescending. The worst person incustomer service, I will never, ever patronize this business ever again. I understand help is hard to find but all help is not good help. I've heard of other people saying how rude the manager is and how terrible the drinks are at this location, but oh boy to experience and see it first hand is another thing all together. If I were you I would stay far away from this Jamba Juice all together! A smile was not the problem, it was your employee slamming things against the counter and his rude reaction to me asking a question about what type of pastries they have available. My philosophy in life if you do not like what you do for a living change it. It is very obvious that he does not like helping people.

I have to make sure my evaluation is not about the employees or the products they use because is not their fault that corporate set prices that literally offensive to those who work hard to make a living. I went to order a power green juice which is based on cucumber, green apple, orange and spinach, Not sure if I am missing one ingredient.A cup that is large, perhaps 20 or 26oz, is $9.20 after taxes. I think the green salad in the most expensive restaurant is around $5.00, and has the amount of greens that could make that amount of juice. The great greens does not include protein or any other boost. I am sure my business is not relevant for a corporate like Jamba but I think people should know better where to invest their money. Or be aware of what is the cost of their purchase.
