Came in between 12:50-1pm on 08.26.25 I was the only customer. Only people I saw was a guy and a girl. Girl was cute. Just a heads up. Not everyone who is in or passes through Hillcrest is gay. Drawing flowers on the lid of the cup may be cute to others but not me. Look at it from a straight person's point of view. What are they trying to insinuate by drawing flowers? You trying to insinuate im gay and like flowers, and roses and girly stuff?? 🤣 Sorry but no. I like beer, sports, women, getting my hands dirty on cars etc..man stuff.. Shouldn't draw flowers may be cute to others but every person is different and every person may take it a different way. Took that lid off and threw it away right in front of them. God bless all.

Though parking is always a difficult task, this place is worth the drive and visit. I used to drive up from Downtown just for a refreshing smoothie and waffle.

Staff was friendly and welcoming.

Thank you!

The music is crazy loud which I don’t mind . However, if you can’t hear me order you can’t get an attitude either. Staff is rude and generally don’t want to be there. Ordering a açaí bowl was made to feel as if I was ordering an oil change. Jamba should really look at franchise owner and maybe do some retraining.

Jordan and Maritza stayed late to assist me with my order and they were in pleasant moods doing so! I appreciate it, you two! 😊

Review for Jamba Juice – Hillcrest Location

I placed a mobile order through the Jamba app, only to arrive and find a handwritten note on the door saying the store was closed — no prior notice or update in the app. When I tried to show my order confirmation through the glass, a woman in the back refused to come out and instead yelled from behind the door.

As I was trying to get clarification, a male employee with darker hair and a ponytail walked in. I expressed my frustration about mobile orders still being accepted while the store was closed, and he escalated the situation by raising his voice and telling me I shouldn’t “talk back” because he controls my money and my refund.

Not only was this incredibly unprofessional and aggressive, but it also made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected. I was in the middle of moving and had no access to food or my kitchen — this smoothie wasn’t a luxury, it was something I was relying on.

I’m now out nearly $20 with no product and no clear path to a refund. This experience has really shaken my trust in the Jamba Juice brand, and I won’t be returning to this location. I hope management takes this seriously and reevaluates how they communicate closures and train staff to handle customer service respectfully.

Always love me some Jamba Juice whenever I see one passing by. my favorite is the Razmatazz with no banana bananas. The employees are great, and the service is always top notch love to see all their smiles when you walk into the door 🕺🏾🕺🏾

This place has gone downhill since management changed. The most unfriendly staff members literally every time I step into the store.

Free parking for the first 15 minutes parking really stressed me out. Not enough time to even finish my drink. Lets just say if there a line and have a couple of order you might as well get back in your car.

Parking: You got 15 minutes to get and go before you get a ticket

What am I paying for?$9.29 for a medium. Is that CA at work or Jamba losing its mind?
