We recently stopped by Jamba Juice and overall had a mixed experience, but one that still left us open to coming back again in the future. The location itself was great — clean, bright, and welcoming. The atmosphere was upbeat and energetic, exactly what you’d expect when you’re popping in for a smoothie or a quick refresh. It felt like a comfortable place to hang out for a few minutes rather than just rushing in and out. The service really stood out in a positive way. The staff was friendly, patient, and genuinely upbeat. Our order was taken quickly, and even though it was a bit busy, everything moved smoothly. You can tell the team cares about customer experience, which always makes a big difference. Unfortunately, the drinks themselves didn’t quite hit the mark for us. We ordered the Mango-A-Go-Go, expecting a sweet, tropical mango-forward flavor. Instead, the drink came out surprisingly tart and didn’t really have much of a mango taste at all. The flavor leaned more sour than refreshing, which was disappointing given how popular the drink seems to be. We kept waiting for that familiar mango sweetness, but it just never came through. That said, taste is subjective, and it’s possible this was just an off day or a flavor profile that works better for others. We wouldn’t let this one experience completely turn us away. Between the great service and the fun atmosphere, Jamba Juice still has a lot going for it. We’ll definitely be back to try other menu options, but just a heads-up for anyone ordering the Mango-A-Go-Go: be aware that it may be much more tart than expected. Overall, a good experience with room for improvement on the flavor side.

I went to get a PB protein shake and waited almost 25 minutes, the girl was really overwhelmed and lost, she gave all the orders but mine and the worst part its that she had a pre batched so all she had to do was pour my shake

I have to say Tracy is the kindest and friendliest one from their employees he is always smiles and my order was made by a girl with very dark hair it was bad I only got whip and no waffle ? Maybe a few pieces of fruit , he helped correct the error as he wasn’t the one who made it. Why I come I love the menu and turn the other way if I see she’s there… I gave it a 5 star :))

This store is garbage went in there was a couple ahead of me I stood there for 10 minutes no one said anything you me. I just walked out. There are no chairs here inside. Don't support this place. They need to go out of business and do the community a favor.

When will this place get some proper tables and chairs so customers can sit while we're waiting for our drinks?? It's been soo long. Will this place Ever get any furniture?? sometimes the wait is long, it would be nice to have somewhere to sit.

I come in here quite often and every single female that I have encountered that works here is rude as hell. They are never friendly and always have an attitude and this is during slow times when there is no rush. The managers and assistant managers are rude as well. I go to this one because it’s the one close to my house but I really wish it wasn’t.
Staff is always friendly and willing to help with allergen related custom requests.

Not only do I like the products of Jamba Juice. I love coming to this location where all the employees are extremely nice and caring. I'm always nicely greeted when I come in and a lot of the times they call me by name. There's a few employees that really stand out to me and they are ... Nyle, yadira, sienna, amity, kilana and christian (Forgive me if I spell there names wrong) But this is a great team working here.
