Recently bought a smoothie and to my surprise it was 70 to 80% water …. which means I received very little fruits and vegetables….. Charge more but clients Receive less for their money…. My hope is corporate America will realize this is a losing strategy for the long-term……… No more Jamba Juice for me

Friendly crew, but they don't serve juices 2 hours before their closing!! Literally if you go after 7pm they tell you their machine is being cleaned or not working!!!!! Isn't it better to leave cleaning for after close or close your store as soon as you cannot serve the items on your menu?!! It has happened to me 3 times already!

Completely undermand and unprofessional. They seem to give priority to online orders and oblivious to the masses of people in their store. I waited for close to 10 minutes without the line moving at all. At that juncture I decided to leave the store and was closely followed out by another patron who is also astounded that our line hadn't moved in the 10 minutes we had both waited.

I ordered a large, was charged for a large, placed my $2 of change in the tip jar, and was handed a medium with a smile on her face. Friendly ineptitude is what you get when you shop here.
I wasn't really the biggest fan of Jamba Juice! I'd go to Robek's because I really love their acai bowls. Anyway, I developed a really sore throat and needed something cold and soothing. SobI tried this location because it's close to where I live. The Orange Dream Machine was absolutely amazing! It tasted great and definitely helped me feel a little better! I got the large and finished it, too! It was so good that I went back to the same location and bought another one. The staff were nice too! A bunch of young kids did a really good job working there, which means that they were trained well! Keep up the good work! ???

For some reason all Jamba locations have a certain smell and I can’t put my finger on it. It’s like a mix between smoothie powder and cleaner. Either way the smoothies are always good despite the costs going way up. Customer service is good. Parking for this location is just okay, but it’s in a busy shopping center so it’s not their fault.

Gave me the wrong drink and it had peanut butter in it! I am not allergic luckily but this could have been serious for someone who was. The workers were nice enough to exchange it but please Jamba, be more mindful because this mistake could have been a lot worse.
