gina was rude from the beginning for no reason
i don’t understand why people work in customer service if they don’t like having simple interactions with others
i came into jamba in a good mood craving a smoothie, gave her no reason to have attitude towards me
Parked outside.Made the order online. Waited 30 mins seeing the employees hangout with their gf's & dog outside the store, without once going inside to check orders.
Don't waste your time. Go elsewhere.

Went in this past Labor Day around 143p for a smoothie, and left without getting anything. When I walked in, there weren't any customers inside, and there was an employee at the register typing away at the terminal. I wasn't greeted and although that isn't terribly bad per say, it's just something I feel employees should do, which is to greet customers upon entering.
A minute or two went by, and I approached the cashier because I was ready. He had his head down, still typing away at the terminal, but his head wasn't down to a point where he couldn't see me standing there. He still didn't say anything at all. No eye contact, nothing.
I thought maybe there's a problem with the cashier terminal, but even then, you should be aware of customers literally standing right in front of you. A simple acknowledgement of the customer is very easy to do.
I, and I repeat, I had to initiate the communication, by asking if there was something wrong. It's really hard to explain the accuracy of how things went, but he literally said "No, ready when you are." But, it wasn't pleasant. Very uninviting.
I said, "oh, sorry I didn't know you were waiting on me. You didn't say anything to me".
He didn't say anything. About 5 to 10 seconds went by and I just felt so unwelcome. I was very upset with this interaction or lack thereof.

I have never had a nasty dragon fruit bowl until I went to this location ? moving forward I will stick to the location I been going to.

Jamba juice has always been somewhere I would always get my smoothies. I go to the one off of Fairmount and university, and it never lets me down. I've been there numerous times, and now they remember me! Amazing staff, amazing smoothies(I recommend the Mango-a-go-go). Always been my favorite smoothie place as a child and still is!

Went here numerous times to get a peanut butter mood and all the times I went it’s always messed up, the workers are lazy and careless with the orders it’s insane how many times I’ve went and had to ask for it to be redone. I just got one as well and didn’t fast e before getting home and behold it’s overwhelmed with banana. I know it’s not supposed to be like this since everytime I go to the location in Del Mar it’s so good which is what makes me keep going back.Conclusion is the workers are just lazy and can’t get stuff done right it’s so annoying and such a waste of money with their prices being raised.

This particular Jamba Juice restaurant in Paramount and University is so great!! Well Customers service and generous from Employees.They are very friendly people who treat their customers with kindness, respect and smile. I love their service especially Gena and her crew.

Jessica and Gina made us the BEST smoothies! They were fast and efficient, and Gina was very kind and knowledgeable about the menu items. Definitely my best Jamba trip yet. I will definitely be returning to this location.
I've been coming here for years and the only employee who provides consistent customer service is the lady with the afro. The new guy in the green bucket hat is super sassy and unfriendly. Good eats but the customer service needs tons of work. Turn over rate is too high, please hire friendly workers who care about customers and know the community
