I order from Jamba Juice all the time. Particularly on DoorDash. Last night the university city location rerouted My order to this location. This location called me when my Dasher was there to pick up my order to tell me that my order was stolen from somebody and they would not make my food. How is that my problem? Now I am dealing with nonsense from DoorDash and the store. I tried calling today to speak to the manager and was told very nonchalantly that he may be in tomorrow by 7 AM. Well, cris, if you’re reading this… Just know I’m gonna keep coming for you you guys until I get my money back.

Worst drink from Jumba juice ever.Peanutbutter,Banana drink.Im so disappointed.I failed to test it when I left the store only to find at home 10 minutes later just how really bad it was.Never again Jumba will I allow you to rob me ever.

I prefer other Jamba Juices. The passion fruit smoothie tasted overwhelmingly of orange juice, not even a hint of passion fruit flavor. The Mango-agogo was good. The worker didn't fill the cups as much a usual and left a lot to go to waste in the blender.

After my husband’s doctor appointment, he was craving for an “Orange Julius”. We stopped by the “Jamba Juice”, on Clairemont Mesa Blvd. The young man, at the counter, immediately greeted me with a smile and was very professional, I realized that an “Orange Julius” was before his time; and, inquired if “Jamba Juice Orange Dream” was similar. He related that his Mom told him about “Orange Julius” and that the “Orange Dream” was close.As per my request, he blended my order a little longer. (Last week, in Encinitas, we stopped by a juice bar (not Jamba Juice) and our order still had small ice chips). My husband loved his “Orange Dream” and we will definitely be back.Kudos to the entire staff for their dedication in providing great customer service.
