I'd like to make this clear. My review is NOT for the store. The store is solid and my smoothie was fine. This review is strictly for the "boba". IDK what the heck that is. That boba is rough with no flavor. If you think you are getting the thick boba. This is not it. I do NOT recommend getting "boba" with your jamba juice smoothie.

I started going back to Jamba because they have this iced matcha drink with coconut cloud whip that tastes like a healthy version of a boba drink! I highly recommend this refreshing drink especially since the warmer days are upon us. Secondly, their customer service here is excellent. Friendly and courteous! Their vegetarian friendly veggie bite is really good too. It is filling and I like that it's not all egg white, so it is better filling than the Starbucks version. The impossible breakfast sandwich is pretty good too.

Carl was absolutely PHENOMENAL...hospitable, personable, knowledgeable, attentive, joyful & fun! He recommended a frozen pineapple substitute for sherbet that was divine! My daughter had her wisdom teeth out a few days ago and they told her to drink smoothies. I went to the Jamba in the Del Mar Highlands for the first time in ages and it was awful. Staff were unfriendly and the smoothie texture was very watery and the taste was like barely flavored water. So when she asked for a smoothie today, I especially went out of my way to come to this Jamba. It was a wise decision. The staff are so much friendlier and much more efficient, and more importantly the smoothie had the right texture and tasted delicious, just like I remember when we used to come to Jamba often, pre-Covid
I walked into this location and got totally ignored? There were a 3 people waiting for their drinks but not in line. When I get to the counter, the manager is talking on the phone, no problem. I wait patiently. A couple minutes go by and she finally finishes what she is doing, turns her to the other 3 employees and says something to them. Then she goes to the back.... Here I am, still just waiting for someone to come to the register so I finally say "is someone going to take my order?". Someone responds.. "oh we didn't know you were waiting". An apology would have been nice. Bad customer service here

Had not been to a Jamba Juice in a hot minute... all of 8 years and I was comforted to see that it had not changed and the smoothies were tastier then ever. My favorites used to me the ramatazz and mango go go. This time, I got the Razmatazz and it was very flavorful with the right amount of sweetness. My order was rung up smoothly and fast! I will be frequenting this location more and will not be waiting another 8 years to try Jamba.
