When they're busy, they are really bad at acknowledging people waiting for mobile orders. They normally get to you eventually but there are times where I've had to flag people down while they're making smoothies because they will immediately run back to other tasks without acknowledging you.

I visited this Jamba Juice location for the first time today, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. I understand that the store was busy and the staff may have been under pressure, but that’s never an excuse to be rude to customers.
The staff member who helped me, My T, was snappy and had a clear attitude when I politely asked for the extra portion of my drink—the part that’s usually left in the blender and often given to customers. Instead of simply explaining or accommodating the request, she refused and slammed another blender on top of it to make sure I couldn’t have it. That kind of response was completely unnecessary and came off as intentionally rude.
I’ve been a Jamba customer for years and always appreciated the friendly service at other locations. This visit was a real letdown and didn’t reflect the brand I’ve come to know. I hope this feedback helps improve the customer experience moving

I recently tried the fresh orange juice at Jamba & the juice tasted incredibly fresh and vibrant, with just the right balance of sweetness and tartness. It was refreshing and perfect for a quick, healthy boost. The service was fast, and the staff was friendly. If you’re looking for a refreshing pick-me-up, Jamba Juice’s orange juice is definitely worth trying!

Dont bother placing your order ahead of time because when you arrive and announce your pick up order they still won't even start on your order until everyone in line is done. Oblivious.. and way too expensive. Will never return. $12+ for a medium smoothie. Yuck!

Me and my husband went to this location the other day and upon entering we seen 3 employees. 1 being a manager , no one took our order . The manager walked over to the employees and told them to assist us , another customer walked in and they assisted him first . Completely ignoring us . We got our order in and they completely took their own time making it .
You should change the hours of your store if your not opening at 6am . That’s an inconvenience for customers

Subpar parfait! This is the second time I order the yogurt parfait at the Mira Mesa location and it doesn't even come close. I don't know why portioning is so inconsistent but they really skimp you here; I would recommend sticking to smoothies.

They let me use their restrooms and it was very clean and they were very kind about letting me use it even though I wasn't a customer. From now on I will be a customer.
