Dim sum is always nice and hot and ready, with a variety of options. The chrysanthemum tea is tasty and comforting. My only wish? That the servers would chill a bit when you say “no thank you”, it gets awkward having to repeat it so many times.
We usually do take out dim sum, along with other dishes to order. Usually go on a weekday morning, when everything is still fresh. This time we went at 2:30pm on a Thursday afternoon, and we couldn’t order off the main menu, even though they close at 3:00pm. So be forewarned: arrive early to ensure you can still order what you want.
There were lots of carts & as soon as we sat down, we were surrounded by them. However, the food was average to not do good. Duck was dry, hargow/other shrimp items had chopped up shrimp(the wrap was so thick), turnip had no taste, & no egg tarts. I wouldn’t go back.
