Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams

I work at Sisters pizza. So I decided to go to Jennis for the first time to try the ice-cream since it’s in the area of NorthPark why not? Aloooot of different flavors. They handed me a tiny heavy spoon. I was like oh wow fancy haha. The gentleman helping me was nice. I was kinda overwhelmed with all the different flavors but I decided to choose 2 but the guy got one of them wrong . Didn’t wanted to make it a bit deal but 1 star off for that. Tipped also. If you want to try for the first time I say u should! But they are super tiny portions I think for 2 scoops was like $8 dls but small. The guy was friendly but he was kinda serious looking

The Ice Cream is so delicious and you can tell they use high quality ingredients! The staff was also very nice and helpful, which made you feel welcome. I do have to say, they have this lemon bar ice cream (dairy free) that has legitimately become my favorite flavor ever and this is the only place I have ever seen that carries it.

My husband and I have been visiting this location at least once a week for the last few months, but after today we probably will not be back. We visited today and 1) were served the smallest servings we’ve ever gotten here (not worth the over $20 we paid; 2) I was disappointed that the ice cream choices seem to not have not changed all summer: and 3) our server was in a very odd/bad mood and her attitude made it a very unpleasant experience. We had never felt this way, but as soon as we walked out, we both agreed that was a very odd and unpleasant experience and had soured our feelings toward the establishment.

Soooo good, fairly priced, lots of flavors, homemade with organic cream and fast service! Prior to coming here we waited in line at Stellas ice cream in North Park for 15 min only to be told they don't accept cash. Jeni's accepts cash. Definitely coming back. I had the birthday cake and it was ahhmazing!

Friendly service & delicious ice cream! An extra bonus if you are need gluten free options: this is the only place I’ve ever found anywhere with multiple ice cream flavors that include gluten free cake! 🍰🍨

It was a very friendly and inviting environment. They allowed taste testing and had patience while my bestie and I decided on flavors and how many scoops lol
I got the cookie dough, Texas sheet cake, and lemon. The lemon and texas sheet cake were dairy free and amazing. The cookie dough one(I can't remember the name)was amazing it was cookie dough flavored ice cream with cookie dough bites in it.
I don't know if they are the same, but I believe there's a location here in St. Louis and I can't wait to visit!

The ice cream was incredible! Staff were really friendly and knowledgable. Gunner was awesome and really went above and beyond! Thanks for the hockey chat, it made us feel at home! Go Leafs Go!

I finally got to try this place! The flavor profiles here are very complex and so yummy! They taste exactly like their descriptions and have such rich flavors. My favorite was the double dough! I also tried the goose tracks (wasn’t my favorite with the chocolate flakes). They have lots of different scoop options so you can try all the yummy flavors. They have pints available in the freezers as well. Definitely will be back to try more flavors!
