Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams

I finally got to try this place! The flavor profiles here are very complex and so yummy! They taste exactly like their descriptions and have such rich flavors. My favorite was the double dough! I also tried the goose tracks (wasn’t my favorite with the chocolate flakes). They have lots of different scoop options so you can try all the yummy flavors. They have pints available in the freezers as well. Definitely will be back to try more flavors!

Sorry not sorry! It didn't last long enough to take pics! The smell of fresh waffle cones, the bright atmosphere, and wonderful service will for sure have us coming back. The flavors are divine! Each was well balanced and delicious! Nothing artificial and didn't leave us feeling heavy afterwards.
I normally limit my samples due to the waste of plastic sample spoons but Jeni's uses reusable spoons and they were so gracious and excited for us to try the flavors as new customers.
*we went in right after they opened, I'm sure it can get busy but I doubt that ever changes the level of service. I feel bad I didn't catch the guy's name but it was obvious he was passionate about icecream.
*I bought one of Jeni's cookbooks-can't wait to try some of her recipes!
Jeni's will be a solid reason for me to bring my out of town friends to North Park.

Best dairy/vegan ice cream! Black sesame is 10/10

Most entitled group of workers I’ve ever seen. It was almost like me ordering ice cream was a total inconvenience for them. The ice cream is good, but not worth the price. Go somewhere else.

Best ice cream EVER.

Really yummy ice cream!! We got there 20 minutes before close and the employees were SO grumpy. Closing is when you stop excepting customers, not the time you leave. If you think you should stop accepting customers earlier that’s totally fine, but I suggest communicating that to the owner or manager rather than being short or rude to customers. Yummy flavors and they allow for taste testing! The ice cream is a bit sweet but I’d guess it’s how most people like it (: customer service is meh but I’m guessing they’re overworked students. Worth the go for the ice cream, just a bit awkward.

texas sheet cake and lemon bar were amazing!!! there’s only been 1 or 2 vegan flavors each time i went so that’s unfortunate but they were really good

Jeni’s has a good selection of flavors but I wish they offered smaller options. If you get the standard option (2.5 scoops) in a cone it’s almost $10. I’d prefer to just get one scoop and not spend $10+ on dessert.

We stop by this dessert place for the first time. The line moves quickly during a late dinner time. They offer to sample in a small metal spoon. We got a Harvest Moon (a seasonal item during Fall 2024), which is a 3-scoop in a waffle bowl. My partner likes it very much. I think it's a bit too sweet for my taste. On top of that the waffle is quite salty. I think it overpowers the ice cream. I'd recommend them to adjust the saltiness of the waffle. I will come by to check out other flavors. There's a small freezer along the line that have ice cream pints for sale. They're a few benches available inside & outside the store.

I went yesterday with my wife and we had told a guy named Victor(there which is one of the employees) that is our first there and WOW ! His customer service skills was amazing ! He was already recommending us his personal favorites as well as giving us taste test and was very friendly and helpful !

great ice cream place! it does get pretty packed though and parking isnt the best but the ice cream and customer service is amazing!
