I have been craving this sandwich for 4 months since I am pregnant and was finally able to have it today per my OBGYN approval. I didn't just get the best customer service , but she even gave me the meal on the house as a congratulations and to please enjoy! This sandwich was everything and more. Delicious and perfection. I placed an online order for 4 sandwiches at this Jersey Mike's location and it said that my order would be ready at 7:01 PM. When I got there, I had to wait almost 30 more minutes before it was actually ready. Customers who were coming in to have their sandwiches made right then were leaving before me when I placed an online order over 30 minutes prior. I finally get my order just to get home and 3 of the 4 sandwiches were made incorrectly. They were missing ingredients that I paid EXTRA for like bacon. I waited just for my order to be wrong and not get what I paid for. SO frustrating. I will not returning to a Jersey Mike's again.
