I placed an online order for 4 sandwiches at this Jersey Mike's location and it said that my order would be ready at 7:01 PM. When I got there, I had to wait almost 30 more minutes before it was actually ready. Customers who were coming in to have their sandwiches made right then were leaving before me when I placed an online order over 30 minutes prior. I finally get my order just to get home and 3 of the 4 sandwiches were made incorrectly. They were missing ingredients that I paid EXTRA for like bacon. I waited just for my order to be wrong and not get what I paid for. SO frustrating. I will not returning to a Jersey Mike's again.

The staff here are always friendly and do a great job, even when its busy they keep a good rhythm and get orders out on time. The chicken philly cheesesteaks are ridiculously good and always consistent how fresh they are.I wish the app would display store specials like evening discounts or BOGO deals, so you could order ahead of time with the deal. However I understand that's not the store's decision.

THe only problem with this business is that they sell an EXCELLENT SANDWICH, at TOO HIGH A PRICE! Getting what appeared to be LESS then a 6” at a price that Subway for have charged for a full “foot-long” (and the price OF JM’s “foot-long’’s), is BEYOND OBSCENE!), pretty much warrants that this is a place you go to a couple of times a YEAR, not per month.
