Garbage customer service. Young lady with black hair cut me off when I was telling my order and went to person behind me. 4 employees ignored us for over 20 minutes along with other customers to the point they left. Wasn’t busy either. Do not come here will go to Firehouse moving forward.

Knowingly served me provolone cheese with dark gray streaks/substance on it. Then attempted to say it was fine because "they didn't think it was mold". I then had to explain why I didn't want to eat their compromised cheese, regardless of what was on it.

This review is in regard to the store MGR, I forgot to take down his name. Gentleman looked Hispanic, dark short hair with mustache. Anyway, I stopped by the store today and was about to take advantage of the franchise store's donation drive for Rady's Children Hopsital where it states if you donate $5 you get a free regular sub. But this was not the case. The MGR said it was an error and should not have been showing displayed like that. It's funny b/c I visited this store last week and the same sign was posted next to the cash register. I asked politely if he can make an exception for me, and the employee dismissed my request, said sorry (didn't sound sincere), and looked the other way to his fellow employee. How unprofessional and rude. I was going to say something and embarrass him, but I took the higher road and walked out. The franchise owner of this store location need to do a better job training employees and if the $5 donation is not accurate should immediately take it down. This was a very disappointing experience. At the end of the day, I'm the customer.

I am honestly an ex Subway gal and am addicted to the BLT sub here at Jersey Mike's! Not stingy with the bacon and made fresh!I have been here at this location three times in one week. Came in last night with a coworker and the two workers there were not only amazing, friendly, and made THE best BLT, but they worked well under pressure during the rush hour crowd. One guy was very rude, I observed, and was rushing them, and they handled this dirtbag in a professional manner. My best go to place from now on. You have a new fan Jersey Mike's!! My ONLY complaint is that I will get fat coming here haha! Keep up the great work and awesome sammies guys!

Don't bother with the online orders. My order was almost 40 minutes later than the scheduled pickup time. An entire line of 10+ in person guests all received their orders long before the 5 of us waiting on online orders. Might as well walk in- seems the service is fine that way despite the online option.

I used to go to the Grossmont Jackson store (near my office), but their staff has become extremely lazy and very condescending. They were forgetting items on the order EVERY TIME I ordered for my family of five.They missed toppings, juices, meats -- it was always something. The staff at Jackson was overly chatty and screwing around while working and could not assemble a sandwich. They simply have a culture of bad service.We always order large sandwiches for leftovers the next day.I finally stopped going and have tried the Murphy Canyon store the last four times. I order ahead of time and give them a pick-up time. Each time, the order was not made when I walked in. Last night, they really tested my patience.I walked in, three minutes after my requested pick-up time, my sandwiches were not made and the young lady behind the counter was shredding heads of lettuce because the team ahead of her left her without lettuce. That's what she told me.So, if I were to believe her, they decided not to make sandwiches, run out of lettuce, then make lettuce instead of jumping on the large order I placed.Bye.

The sandwich was very good, but my five star review is for the manager. I can't remember his name, but he was there on Friday, 4/21/23, at about 3-4 p.m. (I think). I could tell be cared a lot, and I actually thought he might be the owner because of how nice and helpful he was. Three of us shared the giant chicken bacon ranch sandwich on a white roll. It was good and messy. This was my first time having Jersey Mike's, so it was a good first impression. I'd go back again!

VERY disappointed... ordered sandwiches online for pick up.. the meat and cheese was as" thin as lace"... and my club didn't even have bacon.. if this is the way this location is heading.. I might as well get Subway.. at least I know what I'm getting from them.. 6:15 on 03/14/2023..

This place is my family's go to for fresh, delicious sandwiches! All of the staff is incredibly friendly and they provide quick service. Very chill & laid back for a nice yummy sandwich!

This is one of the tightest operated jersey mikes around. I definitely want to take notice to the guy with the hair bun and light beard. This guy is always super respectful and and really seems like he cares. The same goes for the girl with the colorful hair and piercings she is always super joyful and even asks about how your day is going, I wish I knew her name and the guys name but they really seem like they care about their job and it shows. Those two definitely need a pay raise, they're killing it. Really solid made sandwiches to go with that.
