Jersey Mike's Subs

Horrible place! I placed an order online and was charged but no confirmation was sent to my email so that meant my order didn’t reflect on their end. I show up to tell them the situation and the “assistant manager” refused to help me and said that I had to cancel the order and call customer service because he couldn’t in any way refund or accommodate the mistake that happened. He tells me “I would have to pay for it myself if I did that” who says that to a customer?? He then called the “owner” and he says that he also can’t help me. The sandwich was 7.50 (not much) but still even the bigger reason to just accommodate it. The assistant manager was rude and just flat out lazy and clearly this specific jersey mikes is so money hungry and they should be embarrassed by the stupidity. I spent my 30 min lunch arguing how it is basic customer service and I regret it because you can’t argue with stupid. Just truly degenerates running the business that I’m sure is family owned.

I show up to this place a lot of times at 3:00 and 4:00 p.m. and they always seem to be out of Italian herbs and cheese bread always.....

I have ordered frequently from this place. In person and via the Mobile app. The shift manager is always prioritizing customers and emphasizing great service. I have become a regular and is quick to take a few seconds to hand me my order so him and his staff can get back to taking care of their customers. They are always kind, and very approachable!

This is the place for a beautiful sub. I had the club and always get it mikes way with light onions and enjoy every bite.

I entered and was given a friendly greeting! The food looked fresh. The server prepared my sandwich according to my directions. They offer large and small pre-wrapped cookies, which is convenient. The large sandwich can be cut into 4 portions, which allows for sharing or multiple snacks. The meats / cheeses are kept refrigerated and sliced / prepared only as needed for each sandwich prep. (This takes time, but it makes for a fresher sandwich!) There is an outside seating area for customers only! I will definitely return when I'm in the I-805/Miramar Rd. area! ✅️??
