Jersey Mike's Subs

I didn’t catch her name but the girl from santa cruz with tattoos helped me and my friend order since we have never been to mikes subs before and she was so helpful! Customer service 10/10 and food was amazing. I had the big kahuna which was great!

Great philly steak sandwiches!

Placed order for 3 subs - curbside delivery so I did not see them assembled. Toppings on two were switched, then the wrong names on the bags. Not noticed til they started eating. Plus extra cheese wasnt honored. You could almost see through the provaloni.Tried to call manager to report and phone did not answer 10 times. Poor quality control and customer service.

I've had sandwiches at several different establishments but I think that this one has some of the best that you can find anywhere. And they put plenty of meat and cheese in each of their sandwiches.

Do NOT visit this location if you received a Buy One Get One Free coupon or any other Jersey Mike’s coupon that did not originate from this store. They are solely focused about their own profit margin over the reputation of Jersey Mike’s. Shout out to the Escondido, Rancho Bernardo, and Carmel Mountain locations who elevate the Jersey Mike’s brand by honoring coupons from other Jersey Mike’s locations— their highly professional service & attention to customer satisfaction which further the brand reputation speaks volumes to these stores owners and staff, who do not place their emphasis own individual store profit margin.

The service is really bad now. I ordered the special 2 for $25 and only got the discount on 2 of my 4 sandwiches. In the past I was able to order 4 and get the deal on all 4…

Claimed they don't do phone orders after 8:30 when my husband and I called at 8:32 on our way home from a football game. So ... nevermind forever. We used to be big supporters of this location.

The best sub shop in the area, no doubt. The “Giant” sized sub is exactly that. I’m a big eater and even I had to take home the last section! They have lots of sandwich choices, both hot and cold. I got the “Original Italian”, Mike’s way, which is basically everything on it. The sandwich was well-built, with lots of meat, cheese, and veggies. The staff was friendly, helpful, and patient; they will make sure your sandwich is made exactly the way you like it. The soda fountain has the usual Pepsi products, but they also offered “Stubborn” brand root beer and creame soda. The seating area was very clean with lots of elbow room, probably around a dozen tables, including a few outside the shop. I’ll definitely come back. (I haven’t had a chance to check out their app and rewards program, so I can’t offer any insight into those.)
