Horrible workers attitude! Extremely slow, and even you asked them 4 times is your order ready or not they just said it’s not ready for my online order. After waited 30 minutes and past due from online order ready time, I had to angrily ask where my order is then they said it will be prepared. None apologetic at all.

One of the workers gave me a sour face when they saw my order and even muttered "stupid". This is completely unacceptable; one person even ignored me when I asked for lettuce. The staff IS NOT FRIENDLY AND ARE VERY RUDE. I would highly recommend ordering your food on the app so you don't have to interact with the obnoxious staff.

Stale bread- meat portions- barely any meat on a
# 11. Paid for add Turkey. No Turkey added.
The cheese looked like it was recycled from another sandwich. Lettuce was discolored , I through it out ! Never again from this store.
Damn! What waste of money. JM Quality control get in there asap!

Employees are Too slow, fooling around talking while peppering orders, ignoring the customers

This is usually my favorite JM location because of their consistent well-made sandwiches. Unfortunately, I door dashed from there last night and my #13 order was stale wheat bread & only half the meat. I’ll be staying away from this Jersey Mike’s going forward.

Your sign says you close at 9:00 so if I come in at 8:40 you should still be open and ready to serve not closing down the POS and counting cash yet. If you close at 8:30 put that on your sign. Communicate.

Anytime I'm working in this area I make sure to stop in and grab a sandwich. So much the managers have started to remember my order. Everyone is so friendly and kind hands down my favorite jersey mikes to stop in at. Keep up the great work
