Three Giant #7 subs “Mike’s Way” with bacon = $78. They forgot the bacon. When I pointed it out, the manager’s solution was… to charge me for the bacon. So apparently, at this location, their mistake becomes your bill. Poor customer service. Won’t be back.
Only writing this because hopefully management reads these. Older gentleman mentioned in other reviews (and photographed) has a bad attitude. And he’s the only employee from this location I’ve had a negative experience with in the several years I’ve been a customer.
It’s one thing to not like your job or have a bad day, but it’s another thing to take that out on a customer. Called him out for it and he sure didn’t like that. Each time I walk by to another food establishment, I’ll keep an eye out to see if he’s there. If so, I’ll just move along…not putting a single penny of what I spend to someone who throws a fit about making a sandwich. Nothing complicated either…just a mike’s way standard sandwich. Just asking to hold the attitude.
Plenty of jobs out there. Go find another one.

Jersey Mike’s truly delivers when it comes to a top-notch sub experience. I tried one of their signature subs, and honestly, I’m in love with it. The bread is super fresh — soft but with just the right amount of chew — and the meats and cheeses are sliced right in front of you, which makes a huge difference in taste and texture. The veggies are crisp, the toppings generous, and when you get it “Mike’s Way,” with that oil, vinegar, and spices, it all comes together beautifully. It’s clear they care about quality, and you can taste it in every bite. Compared to other sub chains, Jersey Mike’s stands out by miles. You don’t just get a sandwich; you get a flavorful, satisfying meal. Definitely my go-to spot now when I’m craving a really good sub. Highly recommend if you haven’t tried it yet!

I live right down the street and it’s $40 on Uber for a regular sub, drink, and cookie. They literally put TWO PIECES of fatty crappy bacon on A CLUB sandwich which is known for having a good amount of bacon. The sandwich was basically lettuce and mayo..disgusting! If you pay for extra bacon to get basically 2 more slices you can’t even taste, it’s an extra 5 dollars!! Should be illegal!!!!! Do not go here, they have fully turned me off to Jersey Mikes.
Was made to feel like I was dumb by the person making my sandwich because they misheard me and made two which they got upset about when I told them that was not what I ordered, so they then proceeded to talk rudely about me to the other customers very loudly so I could hear in which even the supposed owner chimed in and joined them

Both employees working July 20 at 6:40 pm were extremely rude. One customer walked out mid making of the food bc the employee was so rude. It seem e like we were a burden to them working. All I order was S 8 mikes way; seems like I destroyed their day. You can even review the video footage of the one employee storming off twice and towing the customers sandwich away agreeably while saving duck
