Jersey Mike's is consistently good. The price is great for today's economy. Usually in and out in around 5 minutes. Go to spot for lunch when working.

I made a phone call order, the girl that took it was either to busy or just couldn’t understand but she incorrectly said my order 3 time which was something simple a Philly cheese steak on rosemary( nothing special) I come in to pay and they incorrectly give me first the wrong bread then I notice he rang up the number 16 instead of the17 and gives me chicken instead of steak so I ask him that it was incorrect, dude grabs the food and angrily re does the food and then throws it in the bag all recklessly, I understand fast food is rough to work at but I was being polite and respectful to the point that I asked his name so I can leave a bad review, instead emeralda said she couldn’t provide with his name and was all hugging the register like I was gonna ask for my money back, first of all I’m not cheap my food was made but the fact that they act like that is beyond disappointing and show how low class these workers are

This was my first time inside a Jersey Mike’s and I have to say it was such a wonderful experience. After reading the back of the bag’s origin story, it finished with talking about the mission focusing on good subs, and friendly service, and taking care of their community. The guys that were working tonight embodied all of these- making great sandwiches but also creating kind conversation about how their shift was going and also mentioning their community outreach with donations to Rady’s in March. As a general manager myself, I was so impressed and happy with my experience. Thank you and I’ll be back for more subs in the future!

Right. So you order online, show up at the stated time it says it’ll be ready. Then proceed to stand at the counter like a chump for 10 minutes while people walk in, order in person, pay, and leave.
Absolutely brilliant system you’ve got here. Totally not moronic.
I understand putting catering orders on the back burner or something. But why not just add normal online orders to the walk-in queue?
Shout out to the manager who wasn’t the least bit apologetic.
Not to mention the quality was pretty bad, toppings meager and taste was mediocre. And nice cut job. Thanks I guess.

Young lady working yesterday evening was beyond excellent! Friendly and made sure to greet every new customer and went out of her way to make everyone feel welcome. Even came by the table during a slow period to check in with my elderly mother and myself. Wow!
