Ordered through uber eats and my order was given to the wrong person. I didn’t find out until the 3rd person attempting to pick up my order called me and said my order was missing (50 minutes later), and the current manager was refusing to make it again. I was told to call uber support, rather than simply making 2 sandwiches again. Will no longer order from here again.

First time to have a Jersey Mike’s sandwich and ordered the club. The service was good. I would say that the sandwich size I think it was an 8 inch is very small for the price of $13. I wouldn’t come in and spend that money again. As small as the portion sizes, the sandwich was flavorful, but again I wouldn’t come in and spend 13+ tax on a basic sandwich.

I chose this place on our way to our family adventure of finding the whale watching buoy so we can snap a picture with our new baby. When I came in I was greeted by everyone, but more importantly they were all genuinely nice. Everyone behind the counter. I don't expect front facing customer service workers to be happy dealing with fast food customers and their BS but everyone here was upbeat and nice. It was a great experience. Keep up the great attitudes. Also food was on point!
