Right. So you order online, show up at the stated time it says it’ll be ready. Then proceed to stand at the counter like a chump for 10 minutes while people walk in, order in person, pay, and leave.
Absolutely brilliant system you’ve got here. Totally not moronic.
I understand putting catering orders on the back burner or something. But why not just add normal online orders to the walk-in queue?
Shout out to the manager who wasn’t the least bit apologetic.
Not to mention the quality was pretty bad, toppings meager and taste was mediocre. And nice cut job. Thanks I guess.

Absolutely incredible experience for gluten free!! I went in last night and the two ladies helping went above and beyond to make sure my sandwich was as safe as possible for not being a true GF restaurant. They were super kind, patient and thorough! Quality was top notch! Thank you for this great service and I would recommend this location for gluten free or not as they truly take care of their customers.

Young lady working yesterday evening was beyond excellent! Friendly and made sure to greet every new customer and went out of her way to make everyone feel welcome. Even came by the table during a slow period to check in with my elderly mother and myself. Wow!
Food at this location is as good as most other Jersey Mike's locations, which is excellent.

Man this is a classy, Respectable spot line unusually so, From the moment I walked there the door I was greeted with smiles & acknowledgment, My sandwich was made quick but was absolutely bomb! I was pleasantly surprised & I’ll definitely be back, Yes there a bit more expensive than other places BUT it’s quality & it’s worth it

Great place for subs and excellent staff working there. Great music also playing while you wait or eat there. Don't for get to sign up for the rewards they add up quickly and have special double points days so you can enjoy a free lunch on them. 5+ out 5 stars for me
