Placed a mobile order. Came inside was told it would be ready in 5-10 minutes. Waited about 12 min. Asked if my order was ready and they hadn't even started it. My ticket was just hanging there. Not to mention there was about 10 employees just standing around talking about there day. One guy was literally sitting on the counter just chillin. Like come on guys. Kinda disappointed I've never had a bad experience with any Jersey mikes before.

Every time I come here I’ll be the only person and it takes 20+ minutes even if I’ve called in or placed online. I really don’t get what the issue is. Giving up and would rather drive to another location.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free bread and cookies

I am so impressed with how professional Lisandra and the other staff members at this Jersey Mikes are! I had a large order of 25 boxes sandwiches for a work event and they were more than happy to help make it happen-by 10:30 a.m.!!! With the various sandwich options needed-they made sure my order was separated and labeled appropriately to avoid confusion during distribution. They even provided cute containers of oil and vinegar for individual servings. A+ to the staff! I'll definitely be catering from here in the future. :)

Great place for subs and excellent staff working there. Great music also playing while you wait or eat there. Don't for get to sign up for the rewards they add up quickly and have special double points days so you can enjoy a free lunch on them. 5+ out 5 stars for me

Food was so scrummy and perfect size to fill up the rest of the room in my tummy. I got a BLT which I don't regret one bit. It was very busy, bustling with people. I was keeping my eye on the workers and they seem to be busy bees working away extremely hard and fast. The floor was not very appetizing, will be cleaning my shoes. It was my first time eating Jersey mikes and I think overall it was an astonishing experience. Truly life changing.

I have visited this location numerous times and the customer service is absolutely excellent. The food is great and the store is clean and well presented. Genuine customer service has become a rare commodity and the staff at this location stand out as the exception. I believe who I assume is their store supervisor (he is typically there when I have visited) is largely responsible for the great experience offered here. I never write reviews but after so many great experiences I felt I had to commend this team and location.

The review is about service which was horrible. Me it's seems she had a bad day but she was super rude and didn't even ask if I wanted the sandwich warm so she gave it cold. She told me was my fault because I didn't request it warm. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I've ordered Jersey Mike's many times. Mostly from the Balboa location, which is excellent. when I order with their app, it always goes to this store. This is not the first order that has gone wrong. I've received someone else's order, they switched the receipts on the bags, and somehow the other customer called me on my cellphone to tell me and ask if I was still close to meet up and switch bags... My phone number is not on the receipt so did the store give the other customer my number??? Today I ordered through the app because I could not leave my house at the moment. 1hr 30min later I call them. They said call DoorDash, no one came to pick it up. Called DoorDash they said no order shows. Someone took my delivery fee and tip... so who am I calling? DoorDash 3 way calls Jersey Mike's after giving me the runaround for an hour, thanks Janice, and they say they "don't know, this never happens, we will refund..." So I've wasted 2+ hrs of my life and still have to order something else and now I have to watch my account to make sure they give me my refund, because, bottom line, THEY SUCK at delivering what they promise.
