Great customer service. The nice fellow Elijah who made my sandwich was actually a human and had great customer service skills.
The inside of the shop was hot and they could fix the ac issue.
I decide five stars because of the good service provided without the bad attitude.

Place was very clean and the woman was very kind. Not too busy during my lunchtime and they all gave service with a smile.

Best deli subs in town. Have it Mike’s way, onions, tomatoes and lettuce with oil and vinegar salt pepper and oregano all in a white wheat or rosemary roll.

They were super busy and everything was still on point. Staff worked hard to stay on track and communicated to the line and pick up customers their order statuses.

Probably one of the best Jersey whites customer service. I ever got not that any was ever bad. But one to just stand it out to me. Just visiting brady was very phenomenal with his customer service skills. Amazing attitude and overall great guy. Flawless in my opinion! Keep up the great work!

Absolutely disgusting, I order jersey mikes every when I hit the beach, this location had a coupon but wasn't even worth it, waited almost 1 0 min. For this hefty guy who's sweating all over the bread and meat slicer asks me what i want with attitude like he was som kind if gangster he was about 400lbs drenched in sweat, then the veggies were all but empty and the employee was scraping the bin fir lettuce and th tomatoes were all but the end bits and was pretty much empty, 2 if the most common items pretty much empty and shecstill attempts to make sandwich with those, I asked politely for fresh veggies and I got attitude from the lady employee, she said it's all fresh.. the meat slicer looked disgusting the table was tmnot even Cleaned when my bread hit the table. I walked out. What a dirty filthy ran place. Hope heath dept see this comment and stops by they won't be disappointed. Never go there again even if it's free!! I'm definitely never going there again.

I would give it zero stars, but it didn’t have that option. Do not ever purchase a gift certificate and use it for this store. They weren’t able to redeem one that I gave as a gift to my friends. They said the card wasn’t good. I called jersey mikes customer service, they never responded. When I took the card back to the store in Clairemont, they said it had been redeemed. It hadn’t! So, apparently they can’t handle gift card redemptions and I wouldn’t have your friends go in there and be humiliated. Use the jersey Mike’s at 5657 Balboa Ave., not this one!
