We just went in for a take out order of two sandwhiches and it took 25 minutes. Completely unacceptable.

I went in with my husband and child to try your sandwiches for the first time and I will never try again. As soon as we walked into the store your only two employees made a fn face as if we had walked in 5 mns prior to closing. How welcoming. You have a closing time for a reason and 1 hour and 20 mns is more than enough time. We stood there like idiots for 10 mns and not once did the lady behind the counter nor the guy mopping acknowledged us. My child then had to use the bathroom and your employee couldn't be a decent human over his laziness and allow us to use the restroom. There is no reason why a paying customer should be denied access to a restroom and if it's broken then fix it cause what type of business are you running anyway. Standing like an idiot waiting for eye contact or acknowledgment is outrageous enough. Them denying us the rest room after not even taking our order yet is asinine. Have your mediocre employees do their job or get new ones that won't loose you business.

Slowww, slowww, Sloth Slowwwww. Do they train?! Very very slow, sandwiches are so-so. Train your employees and then actually check in with them. Wake up!

The team here is always friendly and helpful even when they are over whelmed with orders , I pick up for my office and they always make it a pleasant experience! -

This was my regular location until I found a long hair in my sandwich after taking a bite. Fortunately, the sandwich with the hair didn't go to one of my guests at home; it was in mine. I don't know how I'll delete this from my memory.

We love Jersey Mike's subs and go frequently for lunch and have been to many various locations. This one was the most messy I've ever seen. The woman slicing the meats and cheese was abrupt, disorganized and her counter and slicer was a mess! Bread crumbs all over the counter and the slicer looked like it never gets cleaned or wiped down. Also she was cutting the bread unevenly and not paying attention to what she was doing. Also sandwich wasn't cut all the way through so we had to tear it apart. We would never go back to this location!

Friendly staff, consistency and flavor you can expect from a franchise, but how do you make so many mistakes on such an expensive order?I gave my order loud, clear, polite, and with perfect annunciation and no accent. Not only did I notice her putting things on the sandwich I didn’t ask for, but the one I didn’t watch them make was completely wrong too.That’s an awful lot of money to spend on sandwiches for them to completely disregard what you asked for.
