Jersey Mike's Subs

VERY DISAPPOINTED! The sandwiches I ordered were ok, and the bacon they charged me for didn’t even get on the sandwich I added it to. When you spend more than $45 for three sandwiches, you think you’d get something really yummy and correct. I’ll definitely rethink going back to Jersey Mikes.

I stopped by to get a #7 sub the guy started slicing and his coworker comes in from cleaning not sure if her hands were washed. Still questionable, I asked for additional salt something simple. The girl start plus gave me a vibe of not caring about customer service. So i go to the pay and she asked what kind of sub I ordered when she made it. Poor attitude and bad customer service. Not sure I’ll be back in there

I Absolutely love their salad bowls. So pleasing when you don't want bread. Lots of subs and salads to choose from, even a kids menu. Just wish they'd get Coke products and not Pepsi or at least put in Mountain Dew Zero.

Great customer service and great sandos. Wish I got their names but I stopped in to pick up an order tonight (2/16 at 8:30p) . As soon as I walked in, the woman behind the counter welcomed me, immediately asked if I was picking up and then gave me an estimate of when it would be ready. As another customer walked in, she acknowledged them and set expectations of the wait while she worked on my order. She then went over the contents of my order while she was packing it up. Living in Mission Valley, customer service is not the greatest, but we keep coming back here because everyone is so friendly and the sandos are consistent.
Also, there was a gentleman who was packing up the rugs --he found $20 on the floor by the register and immediately returned it to the customer before me who paid cash. If I could give you guys more than 5 stars, I definitely would. Thank you for the great sandos and the great experience!

I went to our Jersey Mike Subs in Mission Valley to pick up my favorite the #13 Mike's way on Rosemary. Unfortunately, at that time, a staff member mentioned that they were out of Rosemarie bread and only had white or wheat available . Thinking pizza, I was about to leave without ordering. A Jersey Mikes representative stated that Rosemarie would be available in 20 min. I then asked if Im back at 7:20 pm, would it be ready? She then stated "yes" I then gladly agreed and returned at the 7:20pm and came to find out they forgot to put the bread in the oven. it'll be another 10 min.
I'm a respecter of time and money. I truly understand things happen. But this is not cool in any sense of reason. Keeping my cool (I'm hungry)
I sat down and took the extra 10 minutes to write this message.

The sub was extremely delicious and still gave a small tip because I knew they tried.

We walked in on a busy Sunday afternoon, but the staff there made sure we got through the line quickly. They also have a good sense of humor :) sandwiches were good and meats cut fresh!

Every time I order a sandwich online for the purpose of not waiting in line I end up waiting in line because the workers are either too busy talking among themselves or because they're behind on their service. In the end I get acknowledged only to find out my food is not even ready yet and I have to wait some more. I also noticed the floors in the working area are littered with trash. This location in particular has poor management in my opinion.

Omg! I went in for my birthday free sub and OMG.... it was scrumptious! I got the Italian Super Sub and don't forget about the juice you got to have the juice it ain't Jersey if you don't have the juice.......
