Ordered 12/27/2024 5:30pm for pickup. I requested no mayo. Drove all the way home and found mayo on my sandwich. Whole night ruined. Don't understand what is so hard about reading instructions.

They always run out of white bread.... ON SUNDAY?! When everyone wants a sandwich. Whoever runs this store does a really bad job.

This is my second time to eat their sandwich and it is still the same good as before. This time I chose a hot sub, the Philly chicken portobello mushroom cheesesteak sub and my hubby had an all Italian, both of us enjoyed the sandwiches. Mine is so juicy, loaded of stuffers. I want to say this is the best service ever in a fast food place. The girl who made my husband’s sandwich is super patient, very friendly, I feel like to go back just because of her service, feeling so welcoming. The store is not big but clean.

This staff was organized. Real veterans of the sandwich making assembly line. Food was great, fast and presented very well. No skimping on the veggies or meat.

I ordered my food and then had time to wait. The sandwich prep area was really dirty. They use to clear the crumbs and spills in between sandwiches, but not tonight. Additionally the lettuce was browning and when we ate the sandwich the bread was stale. Also disappointed that the person making my sub had stopped to find an order and was touching all the receipts and bags to find another order. I didn’t mind the stop, but take off the gloves or put a fresh pair on when you resume touching the food. Disappointed in the quality and won’t be returning any more.
