I unfortunately just experienced the worst customer service at this place.

I placed an online order with an estimated pick up time of 7:33pm. I showed up at 7:40pm and an employee asked me if I had an order. I gave her my name and a different employee said she is working on it right now. I sit down and wait for my order to be finished. I am sitting in the lobby for another 15 minutes (mind you this was after showing up 7 minutes after the estimated pick up time). The employee that claimed she was working on my order left to go to the bathroom and then came back and got herself a soda. I was the last person in the lobby just sitting there because I thought they were making my order. I had to ask again and no one had a clue about my order. I ended up just asking for a refund and they gave me one and I went and got In n Out across the street.

My family and I would order from this place all the time but we will make sure to never come to this location again.

Worst customer service I’ve received in a while. Placed my order of 2 sandwiches at 7pm. Arrived around 7:30 and it still wasn’t started. When we asked if they received it, they said “I’ll start making it now”. Only two employees were working and they were making some other orders so we waited another 15 minutes. We ended up being the last people in the lobby and they started cleaning. Then we went back up to check on our order again and were told again, “I’ll start it now”. At this point we’ve waited almost an hour for our two sandwiches and no longer were willing to wait. We received a refund and will never return. A couple months back this happened to us but we were willing to give them another chance. Based on other reviews, this location needs to retrain its employees because I, and clearly many others, will never be returning.

I love Jersey Mike's subs because of the fresh sliced meat and cheese and the fresh toppings. Ordering in person is easy and the staff is always willing to make changes so it's made to your liking.
However, if you order online and have a special request, don't expect them to follow your request. I've had it happen on at least 3 orders to have juice on the side but when I received the sandwich by delivery or picked it up, the juice was on the sandwich. Makes it all soggy if you save half for the next day. I called to complain and they said the manager would call me the next day. Never heard from anybody. So now I doubled check it if I'm picking up and kind of take me chances on deliveries. Sorry, but I speak the truth in my reviews. That's the only reason I have service 4 stars instead of 5.

So I order a hot Italian. But some
Guy brings it out from the back.
Apparently they make them in the
Back. No Mike's way, No seeing the person make the sandwich.
Basically like buying on i 711.
The girl then had me 2 plastic
Containers with Mike's way sauce
In it,and say you just put it on. Wow jersey Mike's has lost it's
Appeal to me.

I requested a delivery of 3 different sandwiches which is my standard order. It totalled right around $54 not including delivery. I ALWAY request the exact same thing each time. Put the OIL & VINEGAR on the side. I do this so the sandwiches don't get soggy and because I only eat half save the other half for the next day. Guess what? NO OIL & VINEGAR at all!! Not on the sandwiches and not on the side. I called and the person who answered the phone apologized and asked if I wanted to come pick up the Oil and Vinegar. Ah, no - there was a reason I had it delivered. She asked for my name and number and she would have the manager call me the next day. I said I would wait before posting a review until I heard from the manager. Guess what? RIGHT! I never received a call from the manager so here is my negative review. The sandwiches are great, but do NOT depend on the store employees to read or follow the note you put in the online order form. I'm not going to be ordering from this location again. I'll try the one closer to the 5/805 on just off Mira Mesa Blvd. If the manager had taken the time to call me back, we could have worked something out and this would not have been posted.

I was visiting family this week and stopped in. The staff was super friendly. But, unfortunately, my sandwich was awful. I ordered the Portobello Cheesesteak. There were more onions than mushrooms...way too many onions. And, no bell peppers. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to eat inside the restaurant or I would have spoken to the staff about it before I left.

I've been to several Jersey Mike's restaurants around the country. It's a shame I didn't have a good experience at this location.

I thought it was a pretty decent sandwich shop vs. Subway where you pay for mostly bread… I plan on returning when I’m in the mood for another great sandwich!

I was shocked by how crazy good this Italian sub tasted!

Horrible service they need new employees. If you get food poisoning it is probably because they don’t clean their counter tops. The cross contamination is at an all time high here. I order and they touch meat and veggie with same gloves 🧤 it’s gross! Train your employees nasty 🤮 #nostars

My kids love jersey mikes. Stopped coming to this location cause they just raised the price again. $20 for their giant ham and cheese is outrageous. I can just drive a mile the opposite way on Black Mtn rd and get exactly the same for $16.95. Understand everything is getting expensive but this location is just plain greed.

This place used to be better but lately have fallen off completely. I do not recommend this Jersey Mike's

The staff doesn't acknowledge customers that come in the store for pickup orders.

The last three times I have ordered here for pickup, I have ordered 30+ minutes in advance and they don't start on the order until someone comes in the store.

And the sandwiches are lazily thrown together with ingredients poorly spread.

Ordered 12/27/2024 5:30pm for pickup. I requested no mayo. Drove all the way home and found mayo on my sandwich. Whole night ruined. Don't understand what is so hard about reading instructions.

They always run out of white bread.... ON SUNDAY?! When everyone wants a sandwich. Whoever runs this store does a really bad job.
