I ordered the regular Ham and Provolone, but they completely forgot the provolone and the tomatoes (They definitely didn't forget the lettuce, though ðŸ˜) When I called, they said I could come back and give them the sandwich, and they would make me a new one. This is difficult because I picked it up on my lunch break and just wanted to eat. They said there was nothing they could do, even when I offered to send them photos. (Update, they said I can come in, and they're going to remake it)

Head guy with longish hair and beard reminds me of the jerks at subway who give guest an attitude. If jersey mikes doesn't take customer service seriously like subway they to will get replaced with a new hoagie spot. Just sayin

I live accross the street and pop im regularly. I havent written a review previously because every other experience Ive had here has been pretty typical. Today I am rating 5 stars because of employee Brandon's impressive customer service. There was a problem with my order and he managed to turn the situation into a positive experience than the usual combative attitudes from other food establishments. I felt like he went above and beyond and the experience was sooo smooth. 5 stars.

To truly enjoy sandwiches in any retail sub franchise, I need to add meat, extra mayo and oil. Then I have to further doctor the sandwich adding oregano and chili flakes. Having done all that, I really enjoyed my ham and turkey sub from Jersey Mikes. Ingredients were fresh and crisp. The sandwich was well constructed and stayed together as I munched down on it. Highly recommend this establishment.
The sandwiches taste good, but expensive. About $12 for a large sandwich. The small is very small. The size of a chibiatta roll. Not much better than a subway sandwich at a more expensive price.

Very nice people work here. The sandwiches are superb, the veggies fresh, and the cheese and deli meats are sliced at the moment they build your sandwich. You cannot beat it.
