I order online and the food wasn't ready when I get there after I already waited until the specified time for it to be ready, and they add tomatoes onto my order when I never specified for any to be on it.

Top notch humans work at this establishment. I was having a rough start to my day. They heard me out. Gave me genuine words of support and hooked me up. Can't recommend this location enough. Staff has hearts of gold 💛

I always ask for it hot and they always forget
The last time I asked them to remake it hot they threw the meat on the grill and served the sandwich with cold bread... Quiet unpleasant contrast. Won't ever come back now

I am currently out of town for vacation and went to get a Turkey Sub, Nani and Kayla helped me, and both were terrific! You don't get that type of customer service anywhere anymore! Good job, ladies! ?

I love Jersey Mike's, but this branch is almost always out of something. It's either the rosemary bread, portabella mushrooms, or something else. How hard is it to manage the ingredients inventory in a restaurant? You would think that after a while, they would get it right, but no. This doesn't only happen close to the end of their business hours either. I will report back and improve my rating of that changes in the future.

3.5 StarsThe service was okay, but could have been better. I didn't mind waiting for the server to make the sandwich for the only other customer in front of me. She starts making my sandwich and when someone else walks in, she starts making their sandwichm even though I let her know that I am in a hurry. That was inconsiderate and frustrating.The sandwich was good.
