Jimmy John’s is my favorite sandwich so I’m glad they opened a location in San Diego. The staff is friendly but they made my order wrong.

So I haven’t been to a Jimmy John’s since I lived in Arizona. I was so excited, and I was greeted by a super friendly face and a wonderful smile. Erica noticed me staring up at the menu and said, “here’s an actual menu so you don’t have to sprain your neck looking up there!” And boy was she right! Her energy made me feel right at home and she made the best Pepe sandwich! Thanks, Erica, you brought back great memories for me!

I don't know why people are negative about this location because from being greeted when I walked in to letting me take minute with the menu and helping me customize my tuna sandwich, the gentleman with the tattoos was lovely and helpful and congenial. The tuna sandwich was awesome and the lady making it was very nice and the portion and assembly were great! I will be back for sure and I'm glad I just stopped in randomly today.

Horrible! Ordered a #4 slim, and it was 2 pieces of turkey amd that was it! I was too mad, but was already home when I discovered it. Like dude didn’t even try to make a sandwich!

I'm a pickle lover and I tried both picklewich sandwiches yesterday and with a little mustard it made it a 10. I hope they keep it on the menu because it was worth the 20min drive.

Why did they give us a sandwich with chocolate instead of sriracha mayo? Chocolate isn’t even an item on the menu!
I came in all high with the munchies. This place did not disappoint. I love a good sandwich and a good sandwich I got. The jalapeño crispys were a game changer. This was Thursday October 3rd.
