Had to try the famous Jollibee chicken and the chicken did not disappoint! Had a two piece (one original a d one spicy) with their spaghetti as my side. The chicken was crisped to perfection on the outside and juicy inside. Both styles were delicious and dipping into that gravy they send was even better. The spaghetti, on the other hand, was not what I was expecting. The attendant was adamant I try it, so I went woth the recommendation. Noodles were cooked well, but the sauce you're getting tastes like a mix of marinara and sweet BBQ sauce, with sliced hot dogs or Vienna sausage dotted atop. It seemed like something the unrefined palate a 4 year old might enjoy. Very sweet. I imagine this dish may be nostalgic to that person who grew up on it, but it was not for me. Mashed potatoes were what you would expect from a fast food establishment and nothing to write home about. I'll go back for just the chicken any day!

From the time we walked in Bennie was so helpful. She was very attentive from ordering, cleaning our table, bringing stickers, and checking in on us throughout our meal. She is fabulous. The restaurant was busy but it was smooth to order snd quick turn around for our food. The food was delicious! Thank you Bennie!

Staffs are welcoming and joyful like what the slogan ads say, “Bee-da ang saya”. Restroom is neat. I am so glad that they have a kiosk counter to make ordering easy plus when you have a jolibee rewards app, it will show you all the rewards you can get. Shout out to Ate Bennie for being energetic and masayahin. And to supervisor Tess who was very attentive to my request upon when I got my order.
Jollibee in Mira Mesa was my first restaurant stop here in San Diego, visiting from Sydney. It was a great place that offered a comforting taste of home with consistently flavourful food—crispy Chickenjoy, my favourite Pancit Palabok, and the sweet-style spaghetti that never disappoint. Service is generally quick and efficient; the atmosphere is bright, casual, and family-friendly, making it welcoming for all ages. What truly stands out is the friendliness of the staff, who are warm, cheerful, and hospitable—very truthful to the brand, very Jollibee! Special shoutout to Bennie for kindly organising our Jollibee “photoshoot,” and making sure we got everything we needed—thank you for looking after us!
