They gave me, what looks like Uncle Ben's yellow rice instead of Jollof. I'm so disappointed in this service from fellow Nigerians. The goat meat is just covered in tomato sauce, not seasoned. I'm upset that the server tricked me. This was not a mistake. This was done purposely. If they couldn't fulfill the order, they should have cancelled it.
I walked into the store front which was very confusing because there are multiple restaurants that advertise food but it was only possible to order the African food on the kiosk. There is no one working in the store front so the kiosk is the only interface. I was the only one there and I ordered two lunch specials. I assumed it would come out quick since I didn’t order very much and there was no one there, but I waited for over an hour to get the food. Despite the wait, the food was very good and tasted homemade.

I should have read the review before placing my order! DO NOT order food from here except you talk to them on Phone! I repeat DO NOT. I am a Nigerian and most of our restaurant service or turn around is poor but this restaurant is the worst when it comes to wait time, customer service and delivery. Unfortunately, I was not able to get my order but I have asked for my refund which I am yet to get!!! Believe all the negative comments I beg you, they are true reflection of their service. If you want to eat tomorrow then order today because chances are that, there will be excuses as to why they have poor turn around time when you order. I have never written a review in the last 5yrs but for this restaurant and what they did to me I just have to.
Note to Owner: PLEASE, hire a food consultant to help position your service better than what you have. It SUCKS AND ANNOYING!!!!! ????????

They will charge you for food and you will never hear from them. When you eventually get a hold of someone hours later over the phone, they will promise a refund and still charge your card for the entire order you never received. Absolute scam.

we ordered food from their website at 1:18pm with a 1:50 pickup time. we got to the restaurant and nobody was there, so we decided to wait. we ended up leaving because the confirmation said they’d send a text when it was ready. 4:30 pm comes around and still no “ready” text. we called them just to find out they somehow weren’t open when we placed the order despite their posted hours indicating that they were indeed open. they asked us to place the order again after repeating the order back to us on the phone (why would we order again if we already paid and they have the order on hand???) we then asked for a refund which was an uncomfortable process over the course of 3 different phone calls. for some reason the dollar amount for the food and the tip are being processed as separate refunds, so it still remains to be seen if we’ll be getting a full refund at all. avoid avoid avoid!
edit: they did not refund the full amount for the food, only the amount for the tip.

I have nothing but sweet words about this place. I am a tourist here and have tried another Nigerian restaurant that was not much to write home about. I ordered ogbona and egusi for myself and hubby and it tasted like home food. The portions were big too and we could have shared a soup instead of buying two meals. Customer service was good though the setup does not encourage physical contact. A sweet young boy came out to inform us that our order was being prepared.
Ordering was easy via the kiosk in the waiting room and wait was not too long.
Worthy to note is that there are multiple food places in the same place and they each have their ordering kiosk. You Order & pay online or via the kiosk and your food is brought out to you.
Food is a bit pricey but worth it. Will return again but hope I can get my chinchin this time.

Be prepared to order your food, arrive at the time it was estimated to be ready, then wait an additional 45mins to a hour plus for the food. So if you’re starving or on a timed schedule this isn’t the place to get food from Also not to mention that the business hours are also estimated. The first time I showed up they opened 2 hours after the opening time and I had already paid for it with the kiosk that’s here.

Great food and great service. The food came out hot. Jollof rice was well seasoned and reminded me of the Nigerian Jollof from back home. Owner was pleasant to talk to and gave some good recommendations on things to do in the area.
