The food was tasty, but there is SO much room for improvement.First of all, as out-of-towners, we did not realize that this was not an actual restaurant but a food hub. There is no place to sit down and eat comfortably. We initially went to the wrong location, called them to verify and we were told that it was a restaurant. It is not.We waited over an hour for the food to be ready even though we were told it would be ready in 20 minutes.When the food arrived, some of it was missing crucial elements to complete the meal. If you eat Nigerian food, you know that white rice without stew is very "blah"The meal was not only missing the stew, but also the chicken that we paid for. Another one of our meals was missing the plantain. So out of 4 meals, 2 were incomplete.After calling to complain, they did offer a refund for the missing items. But overall, we were less than pleased with our experience.

Delicioso!Ordered the Tilapia, Coconut rice and plantains. My stomach is more than satisfied and the customer service was above and beyond. The fish skin was crispy and well seasoned. I have to warn you that the coconut rice is highly addictive so please proceed with caution ⚠️Vegetarian options: There are vegetarian options

It was a tomato base, slightly spicy (a lot less spicy than buldak instant noodles). It might have some oil you can see on the top of the container just mix it up and you'll. be alright. This dish has so many Caribbean flavors might be the reason i loved it. Oh, Goat meat 100% cooked and very soft meat.Egusi Soup: It taste so good i can’t describe what it taste like just know that it taste great and it has flavors. The egusi consistency is like scrambled egg, soft to me is excellent because i thought it was going tobe grainy and i hate that texture on my food.Sauté chicken: Taste goods. At the time of this review i haven’t eaten that much, main focus was on the red stew.Fufu: One ball of fufu got me full, i bought 6 of them thinking it wasn’t going to be enough ? but it is.I wont be ordering again simply because the restaurant is very far away from me and ubereats fees are insane. But hey a least this time i have no regrets spending $90.00 for food.I am very satisfied, thank you very much ! ☺️

We were excited to find delicious West African food here in San Diego. We ordered online, and within 30 minutes, our food was ready for us at the Hancock location. A very friendly Nigerian woman brought us our steaming hot food and offered that we could eat right there. We enjoyed the fufu, peanut sauce with goat meat, coconut rice with chicken, jollof, and of course, fried plantains. The red/palm oil and peppery spice were perfection. HIGHLY recommend!!!

While on vacation with my family in San Diego, we searched for African food, and Jollof Plus came up. We called, and someone answered immediately. We were a little apprehensive when she said food would be ready in twenty minutes. However, the food was very delicious that my wife, who is a very good cook, had to place another order the next day. I loved the goat sauce and vegetable soup. I highly recommend you try their food if you're visiting San Diego or even if you live there.

Save your money. The food comes in small takeaway containers. This isn’t a restaurant you have to order through a window and wait for the food. I ordered coconut rice and goat meat. The goat meat had mostly bones. The rice was mushy as if it was reheated in the microwave. The turkey in the order had no flavor. My husband ordered egusi with fish. He wasn’t given any fish just the same meat that I had. I spent close to $70 and I left feeling like I was scammed.

What a service, excellent experience! I was craving Nigerian food and within 30 minutes found on yelp, ordered delivery and it showed up steaming hot at my door, satisfying my craving after a USTA match day.
Do yourself a favor and get the rice+sauce+protein and choose chicken and peanut soup. SO GOOD!
